I Alvin Stinson layaway Generac GP 5500 Geneator, I finished paying it off 06/01/2017 . After I picked the genator it wouldnt keep running . So l took it back to the store to see what could be done they stated that they would pay half getting up and running . So we called Sneads Mower Repair and we ordered the muffler and found that the manifold pipe and screws and exhaust gasket were missing also. So l notified them off this and they didnt pay for this also . Stating that they were going pay any more on this. This is bad customer service , I notice they gotten smaller size geneator in I request a swap they want me to pay an additional 150.00 which to show they love ripping people off.l have been doing business with them off a while and so I would not suggest anyone to do business with them.

Like many other recent reviewers, I would not recommend. This stores systems and organization are poorly managed. I recently purchased an item and the transaction should have taken, at most, 10 minutes. Instead, it took nearly 45 minutes (even though I was repeatedly told it would only be "10 more minutes"). When I left, there was a line of 6 to 8 people who had formed (and none of them seemed any happier than I did to be standing around waiting). There is another pawn shop within about 2 blocks which has much better customer service and is more efficiently operated (and probably 10 other pawn shops in town).

Changed Managers in the past months. Used to be a great place to do bussiness with. Not now, Not a friendly place. Employees, standing around talking to each other behind the counter. Spent about 10 minutes in pawn shop. No one said can I help you. Is there anything you are looking for, maybe I can show you something. "NOTHING" l work hard for my money. It will be a long time before l go back to this pawn shop. Go to Camel pawn shop, always friendly nice and very helpful employees. Will work with you on your lay-away and purchase. Quick cash rip off you have lost another customer!!!!

These people rip you off and so does the dumb manager!!!! They cant refund you ONE CENT for an item you put on layaway and their customer service sucks to the bone. You cant refund because of a 10% restocking fee MY ASS!! Whatever you do, please, please DO NOT do business with Quick Cash Pawn. They are nothing but penny stealing crooks!

I just went in there today to pawn an item and it was a great experience. Ive been to many pawn shops and never experienced one like this one. Everyone was so nice especially Essence I believe her name was. All the employees have great customer service!!!
