I always shop here now! I used to shop at Pet Smart, but I learned that I could buy the identical item at this store for much less money. I use their rewards program too. They have a wonderful pet food selection. I can even find those smaller healthy name brands of cat food that used to only find online or at the local holistic health pet food store.

Dog Grooming was awful. I took my dog (a basset hound mixed with wheaten terrier) and explained (in great detail) to them how we like him groomed. The groomer ended up shaving him completely. He has a wheaten coat and isnt supposed to be shaved...we will never use their grooming services again.

Their products are discounted online but full price in store. Employees are unprofessional. Don’t be suprised if you stand at the registers for 5 minutes before someone apprears to clerk the sale.

Staff was great and told me about training classes for my puppy. They were great with her too! The staff seemed knowledgable about what questions I had and got the answer if they were not sure.

I returned a fish a tried buying another and they wouldnt let me, because I didnt have a water sample. Asked my money back and they stillwouldnt let me buy fish

Some things are over priced and can be purchased at pets mart and walmart for cheaper.
