Last Saturday ( 5/6/17) I took my 14 year old Golden Retriever "Savannah" to be groomed. The grooming usually takes 3 hours. After an hour, I received a call saying Ricardo could not complete the grooming because my baby girl could not stand. When I went to get her, she was on the floor, panting, tongue hanging out, and had lost control of her bowels. Ricardo and his staff were EXCELLENT.... I knew I needed to put her down immediately. The staff gently placed Savannah in my car. My normal vet was not around so Ricardos staff member called the vet where Ricardos wife works...They said to bring her right over..... I cannot say enough about this Place...They are wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart..... Savannah passed peacefully... You always took great care of her

Will NOT BE BACK. 1st appt i couldnt make because of work. 2nd appt i called on the way there because the day before they told me i had until 2pm - called at 1 - Groomer had already left. 3rd attempt for an appt - i called at 10:10 asking when was the latest i could get there (mentioning i had already missed two apts) and they said 11:30. I get there at 11:23 and the Groomer has already left. Evidently they have some kid answering the phone that has no idea how to where to mange this "Mysterious Groomer" .. You know how hard it is to get to a Groomer that is only there a Fraction of the day with two 50lb Dogs running a business? Do You? = So NO THANKS!

My lab looks sooo nice after his first visit here. I paid extra to have the undercoat brushed out to reduce shedding and Ive noticed a huge difference in his shedding. Jamie was very nice and professional. The place was super clean and smelled wonderful. I loved the glass crates in front so you can see your doggie when you walk in. They had a couple containers of dog treats sitting out and encouraged us to give Rex a few on the way out so he would associate going there to a good thing. Wonderful wonderful place. Rex will definitely be going back.

I have been taking my little guy here for about 3 years. They are wonderful and very accomadating. I was new to having little dogs that need grooming and the owner was very patient and taught me how to groom at home between visits. He also was great when I got a puppy. He eased him into the grooming process. He loves it there now. Both my dogs always come home well groomed and happy. I would highly recommend them.

Switched from a mobile groomer to this full service facility. Staff is very caring and is always happy to see my dog. Groomer is very knowledgeable in grooming as well as my pets overall health and will tell me how I can help at home or if I need to see a vet (depending on the situation). Cant get anymore caring than that. My baby always comes home looking and smelling gorgeous. Happy, clean pet = Happy pet parent

Bought my Australian Sheppard in for bath and blow out and right away the groomer said my dog was looking at him mean and they dont muzzle dogs another dog came in and my dog wanted to play with him his tail started going and the groomer called him he went and took the pet but refused to do him with out even doing a try because he runs from vacuum this is a rescue dog give him a chance !!! will never go there again

I brought my pug Penny Lane here for her to be shaved and groomed. The crew at Pets Place is wonderful! Jamie was very attentive to my needs and made sure that my pup got everything that she needed by the groomer. The shop is very clean and they are very prompt with the services. I will definitely be bringing Penny back! Thanks guys for the wonderful service.

We moved here from Virginia Beach in 2009 with our Bichon Cooper. Every groomer here made him look like a Poodle. After many months we found Pets Place. Wow, what a difference. Riccardo had him looking like a Bichon in no time. Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. We would not take Cooper anywhere else. Thank you Pets Place!!

I had a hard time making an appointment. When I went in for the appointment they would not honor the coupon they have on the website. The owner was nasty! I walked out....if they are not nice to people how would they treat my dogs!?!?!?
