Friendliest staff I have ever seen in a pet store. Owner is regularly present, and interacts with customers in a friendly and playful manner. I feel like Im among friends when I go here. They have any supplies I need for my pets (3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 medium sized parrot, 1 leopard gecko), and their crickets seem to last longer than one obtained at other pet stores I have visited. Highly recommended!

When I got there to buy crickets, the lady getting them for me dropped some of them on the ground. She then said " your lives dont matter, you all are gonna die anyways". Kinda strange to hear someone who works at a pet store to talk like that.

Not as much variety as the large pet stores, and the regular prices are on the high side, but overall a nice, clean store. Sale prices are good, and they do offer store coupons. In-house grooming services. Regular "adopt-a-thons".

Good prices and convenient hours. The staff is polite,knowledgeable and very helpful. A nice change from the larger impersonal pet stores. They also offer a free bag of food after you purchase 7.

They are so nice there and my dog likes drinking out of the doggie water bowl. They give your dog a treat and the owner is really nice!
