Kimberly, As I recall you did not have the proper setup for the chicks and they died from cold exposure. We can not be held responsible in that case. We sell hundreds of chicks yearly. I personally check them when they come in and any that do not look well go immediately to a customer of ours that takes any unwell chick and will nurse it back to health.

This place is great. If they dont have it they will get it or suggest a comparable product. I drive almost 30 minutes to get to them when I have 2 feed stores within 10 minutes thats how much better they are. If you have a question ask they are full of great info.
