***BEWARE EMPLOYEES WILL GO IN YOUR PURSE AND CLAIM YOU STOLE YOURE OWN BELONGINGS!!!!((and no that wasnt even the original reason she went in the purse which was more disturbing)) My mother and I come here and majority of our shopping since its cheap and right around the corner. So we spend a ton of time and money here. Well... Unfortunately today in the middle of the register freezing up and causing a huge line the cashier was agitated and at some point she for some reason reached INTO MY CHILDS STROLLER and INTO MY 60 YEAR OLD MOTHERS BAG (NOT A SHOPPING BAG, PERSONAL) and took out MY MOMS HAIRSPRAY and said very LOUD """"YOU STOLE THIS!!!""""" WoW SMDH a $2 hairspray from Dollar General huh and after we just spent $70 on grocery.. Really?? And she was nasty about it and didnt care that she was wrong..... she didnt wanna hear it!!! It was humiliating!!! Espeacially considering church just let out and everyone in line was dressed up with their kids!!! The manager came, the cops were called after my mom got fed up n yelled back at her and grabbed her hair spray back! I dont blame her! Thats really humiliating for someone that never would do something of that nature to begin with! My mom was a teacher in Montgomery county for special needs kids in elementary school for 17 years and my father was was a police officer for 20 years in that area! She wasnt cut from that kinda cloth! Whats the deal with people in Hagerstown!?!?! What happened to employees following protocol... THATS how thats supposed to be handled?? The manager did nothing either! That employee was fat, loud, and trashy!! My mom was then banned from the store I guess because she defended herself n yelled back and the manager refused to go check the camera footage for my mom and the cop!! That made no sense!!!! Weve always had good encounters with employees there but now I guess they hire anybody! And I guess employees are allowed to help themselves to your purse and incriminate and humialate you over over their incompitant assumption. Def arent gonna stop til something is done about this!!! Im pissed!! We spend $100s there!! Ohh and what do ya know... My mom left the store with HER hairspray in good graces with the officer! Smdh!!

Aldi is great! Ive been 99% happy with everything Ive purchased there, even the non-food special buy items. Sometimes the produce isnt the freshest, but this seems to happen a lot of places. My only real complaint is the location. I am always being hit up for change or money. The store is dumpy inside and too small (they do run out of things). The staff however is always friendly and even long lines go fast. Glad they started taking credit cards too.

I really like shopping here. At first I was thrown off by having to put a quarter in my grocery cart but you CANNOT beat these prices!! I will drive all the way across town to buy my milk and eggs here. The ladies that work are so sweet and quick To open new lives when needed. It gets pretty crowded in late afternoon and Saturdays so shop early for quicker checkout. Make sure to bring your own bags.

ALDI has great prices for everything. But they really need to work on opening more registers when the place is busy. Every time I go there, they have 1 register open and there will be 10 people in the line with carts full. And it takes them about 10 minutes to even call for another cashier, then you have to wait another 5 for the other cashier to come up and open a register.

Store is clean and well organized. I dont have to spend as much time reading labels since they switched to carrying only for items with no artificial ingredients. I just hate where its located. Your almost always hit up for change by the vagrants that hang out on the parking lot. I am very excited and cant wait for the second location to open closer to where I live.

Busy is an understatement. Never go on a weekend or at the very beginning of the month if you can help it. The food quality is decent. We stick to the packaged stuff, the fresh meat is good, but the produce is hit or miss. Just remember to go only when you have time enough to be patient, and remember to bring a quarter for your shopping cart and your own bags.

This grocery store offers a wide range of items at bargain prices. I can get mostly everything here that I usually shop for but for a fraction of the cost! There are a few additional items that I will have to get elsewhere but I still save so much money. Downside though is more people are catching on meaning a wait in line now at checkouts.

ALDI normally has great prices and quality. This store was lacking in the quality part. Michael of the produce was out of stock or over-ripe to the point of rotting. My kids went so far as to ask why the store smelled like a trash dumpster. The store at home is rarely out of stock and is always clean.

I like Aldi, but this one is dirty and the parking lot is absolutely filthy Ruth trash blowing around everywhere. There are also bums out in the parking lot asking to take your cart back just so they can take your quarter. Just beware and I wouldnt go there after dark. Not a very good area to be in then.

Slow service messy store and just very unappealing look.... All products are on a shelf in large boxes. I get the whole warehouse savings or whatever but I kinda feel like Im at a flee market or swap meet when I shop in this type of store...

Great store-brand foods, some are better than big name or have a slightly different creative twist. Sort of a poor mans Trader Joe. This store seems better than most. Fantastic prices!

Mediocre store have to pay to use shopping carts have to pay to have bags for your groceries. The store is kind of dirty. Long lines. I dont think Ill go back there again.

All off-brand merchandise so its inexpensive. The employees are nice and the lines are short so its easy to get what you need in a hurry
