I have shopped at Wegmans for years, but I believe the quality has gone down hill the last few years. Lots of empty shelves. Lack of popular produce, (for 3 weeks no green beans) just their bagged ones that cost more. Lack of popular brands that I would like to try and thats just scratching the surface. Thats why I started shopping at Tops more each week. The more they expand elsewhere they have lost in their customer service where they started.

terrible like all the others. produce is either 3 weeks from being ripe or 3 days past. their strawberry display is literally trays full of mold. want some non-wegmans brand.. i dunno, cheese? sorry, won;t find that here! looking for customer service? HA. ask the deli to cut some meat for ya, theyll grimace and act like you asked them to lick their grandma.

Wegmans has always been the staple of shopping in and the around the Rochester, NY area. Although some things have been slipping like product availability, customer service and quality of goods sold the Latta Rd location does try harder than some I feel to follow and live up to the Wegmans standards of values.

This is my hometown store and it still feels that way. For five stars Id like to see a larger selection of natural, organic.

Any other poor experience at the Latta road greece wegmans. Ordered a pizza when we went in. They seemed put out. They said it would take 20 minutes. We Came back in 20 minutes and they said 10 more. Come to find out they forgot to put it in but would not admit it until we talked to the manager.

This Wegmans needs to expand. The store itself and the parking lot have grown too small for the volume of customers that shop here. Drive 3.5 miles east and patronize Mt. Read. Even on busy shopping days and times, that location seems more spacious and accommodating.
