The worst dealership you can find. If I could give negative stars, I would. They sold us a used car that was clean-looking on the outside and "works perfect". Test drive was smooth, no check engine lights or anything. Driving off the lot, the check engine lights came on. Two days in having this car, the car needed a new alternator. One week, a new timing belt, AC, oil leak. The second week, the transmission went. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? We tried communicating with them for them to fix it since they sold us a lemon, but to no avail. They said we have to fix it since we brought the car as-is. FYI, Fernando sold us the car and originally said there was no dealer fee. We thought that was great and when it came time to buying, there WAS a dealer fee and we tried negotiating it. They told us that it "works great" and it obviously does NOT. He knew the car wasnt working properly and he sold it to us anyway. Dont bother coming here, its a waste of time and your money. My mechanic told me theres no point to fixing the car because with the price theyre going to charge me, you might as well just buy a new car. I feel completely taken advantage of, especially since I was in dire need of a car after I was involved in an accident where the other driver totaled my car. I used all my money from my savings getting this car repaired and right now its a brick sitting in front of my apartment. Theres no protection in Florida law for used car buyers when it comes to places like this for people like me.

The worst dealership you can find horrible people. They sold us a 2012 ford focus that was clean on the outside but bad in the inside. Less than two weeks in having this car my car wouldnt back out the transmission wasent good when we went to tell him that he said we have to fix it we already brought the car may I add 5 days into buying it we went back and my dad went there to tell him the transmission wasent good and its not talking gd right Carlos the man who owns the place and sold us the car said no the car is fine and if it was transmission he would do something about it and when we cane back he didnt want to do anything.. He knew the car wasent good and he sold it to us... He even tries to sell us a car before that with all the lights in The car on. Dont bother its a time waste.. The mechanic told me its a waste of time to fix the car with the price they going to charge me u might as well just buy a new car I feel rob..

Recently helped my aunt purchase a 2007 VW Jetta from this place. We werent sure at first that we would find anything here, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were treated, we felt, fairly and honestly. The sales manager made sure a couple small details were and will be taken care of. The whole process went smoothly and we left satisfied. Time will tell how satisfied we will continue to be as far as the car holding up. I will recommend Goval Auto to friends and family and definitely check them out next time Im in the market for a new car.

Bought a 2004 BMW "in perfect condition" from them back in 2011, 2days after having the car, the car overheated because the radiator was leaking. Two weeks later the car starts smoking from the muffler, Took the car to the BMW dealership to get it checked and the car had a blown engine with over 4k of repairs needed to be done and the miles the car said it had were 30k miles below of what it actually was. This guy Carlos the owner is a crook, do not buy cars from here. Thanks to them I now have bad credit.

I bought a truck in Mar. 2010, in June of 2008 my fuel pump died on me, I was told that the truck needed a new engine and had needed it for a long time. I spent over $600 on new breaks, and furthermore i asked multiple times if there were any major problems including frame damage to the vehicle, they assured me there wasnt. I have now discovered many people with the same issues, beware!

Crooked / Ladrão !!! Very bad place !!!!! Stay away from this place. We purchased a "new looking " 2009 car, full of problems. The owner is a "flat out crooked" ... We reported all the problems with the vehicle, and he refused to take responsibility for it. We ended up spending over $6,000 to get rid of the car. The car was a total lost and he sold it as "almost new".... LADRÃO !!!

The appearance of the car was great I was assured that the history of the car was correct and there wouldnt be any issues. A few days after purchased I noticed several leaks. I took the car to the dealership and they estimated it would be about $2,500 to fix the leaks. Furthermore, they are very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend anyone buying a car from these guys!
