I have recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the day after I left the lot, the brakes locked up and I could not drive the vehicle, took the vehicle back and they had their mechanic (not a Mercedes dealership or someone who knows how to work on German made vehicles) picked up the car and even received a loaner from them! 2 weeks later Im having the same issue and I am unable to drive a car I purchased under 30 days ago! When I contacted the dealership to get a copy of the car fax they showed me when I was there, I have been asking for a copy of it for weeks and I still have not received a copy, also asked for the work order from there mechanic so that I can verify what he supposedly replaced, again I have yet to receive that! They supposedly purchased the car from the dealership and it has been well serviced, and the manager had been driving the vehicle until I purchased it according to the salesman. I spoke to 2 different people but the worse one was the "sales manager" he was extremely rude to me over the phone! He did not listen to my concerns, he laughed at me repeatedly, he told the salesman who sold me the vehicle that this was a "bad deal" while I was on the phone (they didnt seem to feel that way when they took my money for the car) he then proceeded to tell me I can either bring the car back so their ghost mechanic can look at it, I explained Im uncomfortable with that b/c I can not get confirmation of what exactly was donethe 1st time, he then said "well then your on your own b/c Im not paying Mercedes to fix anything, thats too much money" he then stated that I called to fight with him, again I contacted the dealership to confirm what I was told when I purchased the vechicle and to obtain copies of the proper paperwork to confirm what they told me, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! He repeated to me that he isnt a mechanic he is a salesman therefore he cant really confirm what exactly was repaired on the vehicle the 1st time, when I picked it up I was told the front right caliber was replaced with a new one, but Steve told me the car did not have calibers lol or he isnt sure b/c again hes not a mechanic smh!Clearly once you are sold the vehicle this company could care less about you as a customer! Steves so called customer service skills are beyond deplorable and his company should be ashamed to treat a customer so unprofessionally!! I will no longer be doing ANY form of business with this company and I will stop referring them to anyone! I will be seeking legal action b/c I think it shows poor ethic and this company should be exposed for doing so! Its sad that a company that has been in business for as long as this one has would have such poor customer service skills and no type of professionalism when speaking to a concerned customer! I never accused them of doing anything wrong I simply wanted a copy of the paperwork so that I can confirm what was done to the car and when Im aware of the type of vehicle I purchased yet I was spoken to as if I was an uneducated toddler when clearly the people at this dealership lack couthe and probably need a training course in customer service and how to speak/treat customers Im so disgusted at the way I was spoken to more than anything, he was so extremely disrespectful towards me and lied quite frequently on the call! I now have to come out of pocket to make sure I have a reliable vehicle to drive! Please do not waste your time and money here! Do your proper research and buy a car from a reliable company that values its customers and doesnt treat you like trash after the sale has been made and commission has been made!!! So sad smh!! I am now being called and verbally harassed by Steve for absolutely no reason! After the 1st horrible phone call I decided to just take the vehicle into a Mercedes dealership which confirmed that there were no new parts on the vehicle, when the dealership claimed there was (LIE) and my brake pads were down to nothing! I had no interest in working with the dealership further, now I am receiving harassing phone calls!

Where do I even begin! If you have purchased quite a few cars in your life like I have, then you will know that feeling of when you go to a car dealership and you see a salesman near the door or outside and you already get that tense feeling of being annoyed as soon as you get out of the car.... I mean let me at least look around for a minute. Well I might have found a diamond in the rough folks, when I pulled up to this place there were actually two guys out there lol... but wait, they didnt come right up to me. They actually gave me a minute to breath when I got out of my car. So I walked the parking lot for a couple of minutes and one of the guys went inside and another guy approached me, As he walked over he smiled and Said dont worry I can tell you want to look around for a few but I just wanted to introduce myself in case you have any questions when your done....(What?!! Really?!!) So I told him I have one question, whats your name? He said Anthony, I told him he had great perception and if I had any questions Ill let him know. Again he smiled and said no problem Ill be right over there when your ready! I dont know why but I already liked the guy lol! Long story short I found two cars I was interested in, we went over both cars and this guy was so patient and knowledgeable, I couldnt not buy a car from him, I mean we laughed we talked it wasnt just business, I felt like I was with a friend, what a Great guy and what a Great place, and not to mention the cars were pristine! Thank You Tropical Auto Sales for the Awesome experience, and Thank You Anthony for the Best Experience in all my car buying years! You Guys made me believe theres professionalism again in the automotive sales industry. I highly recommend!

I had the B E S T Experience at Tropical Auto Sales, everybody was giving me a hard time and wanted so much money down ($2500) to be exact EVERYWHERE wanted that much and wanted me to trade in my old car on top of the $2500 dollars for cars 2002-2005. I mean my credit is BAD but that much is not necessary. But when i found Tropical Auto Sales (JJ Guba) he was great, he was friendly, very informative and helpful. He got me approved for an amazing car (2012 Ford Focus) with a terrible credit score low 400s (Im not Shame to say lol) with only $1000 down which is terrific.It really was suppose to be $1500 but they work with me with the other $500. I thought i had no other option and i kept putting in inquires lowering my score even more and JJ got me approved within hours and he came 45 minutes away from their dealership to pick me up to bring me back to the shop to do the paperwork and get the car. Thats G R E A T customer service. If you have bad credit, good credit, or no credit this is the place that i would most definitely refer. Dont go lowering your scores at other places go to Tropical Auto Sales and get approved, with a low down payment, and low monthly payments, all of their cars have good car fax with only 1-2 owners. Tell them that Kentaja Thomas sent you and ask for JJ Guba, he will get you in A N Y car you like.
