Do not buy a car there I have had nothing but trouble the had car had not been checkled out thoroughly it is sold as is first got locked out nor would it start because key tag needed replaced did not get any results until l contact the head office next day brakes were faulty they said it was dirty wasnt so had my mechanic check it said I need new ones the noise was loud next there was a mechanical noise when I took my foot off the brake. I also forgot to mention the car was dirty and there was marajuana in the holder I dont want anyone to go through what I went through.

Family member Bought a car from them and they failed to submit the paper work correctly for the registration. Now the lender is sending request of proof of registration that I cant provide. Feels like they are dragging their feet on this one. I appreciate them providing a rental for him while they straighten things out but getting the paperwork right I feel is a reasonable expectation. He has been paying on a car faithfully since the deal was done and it isnt even registered properly??? Please get your act together!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a 2014 Camry SE on the Rent2Buy program. Frank was great to deal with. Absolutely no complaints there. I decided to buy the vehicle after having the vehicle for a few days. Because the car had Texas plates, I had to get the car PA inspected within 10 days of the purchase. I was pretty upset and disappointed to find that the car needed three new tires to get past the inspection... all were down to the wear bars. I cant believe that Hertz would rent or sell a car in that condition.

Had a negative experience to start but Vince the GM quickly fixed the problem. Definitely recommend to anyone having trouble getting financed. Gabe the finance guy was awesome and very helpful. Frank the salesman was patient with me while I looked at almost 2 dozen cars.

Dave was amazing! We had our eye on a specific car and didnt have the cash to put down until the following week. Dave pulled the car aside for us til we had the money. Its been a week and we love our Maxima! Would highly recommend this place... Ask for Dave!

I travel every week and this office is the best Hertz location I have experienced. I am in and out of there within 2 minutes and the cars are always clean. The prices at this location are much better than picking up a rental from the PIT airport.
