Ive lived in this city for almost 20 years now. Im a female, 36 years old. That shouldnt matter but it certainly does when it comes to finding a mechanic that you can absolutely trust. Ive found that many mechanics in this city are dedicated to get your car to pass inspections, barely. Thats not what I want. Took my 2005 Ford Escape to Rubi after my old mechanic just started getting lazy. My old mechanic would fix what was easy, then send me home with half the work not done. My boyfriend drives for work and puts almost 5,000 a month on my old truck, and its the only vehicle we have right now. Its absolutely vital that we keep it running and in good shape. I am totally willing to pay a little extra for OEM parts, and have the work done correctly the first time. The first time my boyfriend brought the Escape to Rubi, it was a complete emergency. The brake line just failed. The boyfriend had just driven it 80 mph down the parkway from Lawrenceville to Bridgeville, and the brakes decided to go in his work parking lot. THANK GOD!!!! A speed bump in the lot stopped the truck. (Seriously thankful for this!) Had it towed to Rubi, was fixed within 2 hours. That was great!!! Brought it back 3 weeks later (with an appointment), had the other line replaced (just in case), had him fix a sensor, brake pads, inspections, oil change, etc. Rubi fixed everything, was a dream to speak with (he is a really happy, nice person to speak to! didnt make me feel dumb for asking questions! and never rushed me off the phone, even though my dad talked his ear off after I did! LOL). Thanks for that, Rubi!!! I loved how Rubi took the initiative to more thoroughly inspect my truck. He said to my boyfriend, "I can tell you guys take good care of your vehicle." He found a couple issues that could turn into big problems later (small oil leak, for example). Dropping it off this weekend to get that fixed. Ill never take my truck anywhere else. My roadside only covers 12 miles of towing, and Rubi is 16 miles away. Ill never hesitate to pay the extra $4 a mile. He is totally worth it!!! Thanks Rubi! You have a customer for life!!! PS: Great prices, too!!!

I purchased a car on 12/4/2015 which the rear rotors were sourced and replaced by Bridgeville Auto Service on 10/29/2015. By 12/7/2015 they are cracked... fully cracked on both sides of the right rotor. The car is now in New York, so I took it to a local dealership as well as my personal mechanic who both stated that it would be dangerous to drive and that I needed to have both rear rotors replaced immediately. I call the owner of Bridgeville Auto, and he says that I need to drive it to Pittsburgh to have him look at the rotors. I tell him that it would be dangerous for me to drive the car to Pittsburgh, and he responds with "its not dangerous to drive on a broken rotor." This, in fact, is not true and speaks to his lack of knowledge of cars. I tell him that I cant drive it that far, and he begins to yell at me about how none of this is his fault. Im so taken aback, I record the remainder of our conversation (him yelling, me listening) to submit to the Better Business Bureau. He continues yelling that: the two mechanics I had look at the car are liable and could have cracked the rotors; he then tells me that he wont replace them even if I ship them back to him. I also offer to send photos of the broken parts, to which he replies: "I wont risk my relationship with my guys (venders) to replace your rotor and theyre not warrantied." Um... what about your relationship with your customers and their safety? Shouldnt that be your primary concern? Every car part Ive ever purchased is covered, at the very least, under a manufacturers warranty, so he must be sourcing cheap, or used parts. He ends with "I cant and wont do anything for you." In all my years of owning and maintaining cars, Ive never encountered such a disrespectful and unprofessional mechanic, nor an auto shop that wont stand behind their work and fix a problem they created. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this place.

Outstanding! I would highly recommend you take your car to Rab at Bridgeville Auto Service/Sales. I had an major issue with my car and had to have the engine replaced. I took it to 2 other locations in Bridgeville and they quoted me a price out of this world. Rab, took his time to explain what needed to be done and got me a engine at a very reasonable price. He told me he would have the car completed on Jan 28th, but he had it completed on Jan 24th. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside, now thats great service for you. He is a people person and I love that he put me and my car first. So if you have any issues with your car, go see Rab and tell him Tammy sent you.

This is the cleanest car repair/sales place I have ever seen! Mom and pop shop with all the care and amenities you could hope for. Bought a car here today. Wow, Rabih is a wonderful soul. The family owns the Resturaunt across street... Which we are eating at now... Am I dreaming? This food is made with love! Like everything this family does. Rabih walked us through his garden and his wife and cousin warmly feed us the best meal I have had in years. It looked like an altar, beautiful, healthy, real! Will be back for all car repair and buying needs.

Very great service. I am new to the area, so when I broke down I had no clue who to call, and after googling local auto services, I found Bridgeville auto service. Rahih Fahed was the one who came to my aid and he was highly energetic, funny and handled everything. Rabih came as soon as I called, helped get me to the shop and fixed my problem in one day. Incredible service and timely repairs! I highly suggest this shop.

Only place I will ever go to get my car repaired. Need timing belt, water pump, radiator, and head gasket repaired. They repaired it for reasonable price and in a timely fashion. They cleaned my car, buffed and waxed it free of charge. Employees are very nice and make you feel welcome and go that extra mile to make you happy.

Ruby is a gem with a heart of gold! My car pulled in sounding loud as a junk yard dog and pulled out purring like a kitten! The repair was completed sooner than promised, professionally, and at an extremely fair price! In and out and no need to shout - Man, I like that!
