I went to Next Car Miami because I live near the Brickell area and I needed a somewhat ok car to drive me around. I wasnt expecting a big thing because I was going to buy a used car. I bought used cars in the past but never ended up with a broken / junk car like this one ever in my life!!! After begging, threatening, yelling and fighting, they finally agreed to replaced the junk car for me and they sold me a car that had the same exact issues! One week after driving it, it broke down. The breaks wont work, the wheels were shaking, the engine was making loud sounds; the car was totally breaking down on me in the middle of the highway! Not only they sell you junk, but they dont even care about the persons life on the road. They could at least be honest with you and tell you that the car needs to be fixed ASAP before risking your life on the road!!!! Im sooooo mad!!! Dont buy from that place they are scammers and thieves. Not only that, but when I call them they never pick up the phone. I have been going back and fourth to this dealer for the past month. -They sell 100% unfixed junk -They lie to you each time you go and say they will fix the car but they never fix it and claim that the car is fine. They basically lie to your face! -Yesterday when I was there to pick up the car one more time. I tried to start it and it wont start. So not only I had to leave it there AGAIN, but the woman that works there was begging me to call the bank and lie to them and say they fixed the car so they can collect the money!!! -They refuse to issue any refund even though none of their junk cars work whatsoever! Its not my fault you cant provide me a car that works!!!! Keep in mind they will never mention to you that in their contract they have a term that they will not take responsibility for any junk they will sell you... If a place does not mention to you where their responsibility stops before they give you a service, you know they are a scam facility! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very bad dealership very very bad experience for my friend and very bad service they need to change the name to Junk car Miami , I had to say something for everyone to stay away from thiefs like them omg this place need to be closed soon as possible , where is the police ? where is the human rights? Where is the humanity went? omg!omg! I wish God destroy they dealership.

Seemed fine in the beginning but never received my tag or title. They will not answer the phone as they have my money and do not want to get me the title to complete my transition. Truck has a few issues. I knew that when I bought it. Just want the tag and title.
