So the first red flag shouldve been when we got to the lot and not a single person greated us. I was coming in to look at an Audi A4 Quattro with 78k miles that was priced at 6,995 online. I loved the car it was in excellent condition and beautiful. After finally finding the office, I saw the first employee, some guy alone, dressed super casually, sitting at the desk twiddling on his phone. I told him I loved the Audi and if I could have the key to start it quickly. He gave us the key, came out briefly, and went back inside, barely even spoke to us. I was king of unnerved because I felt as if he has brushed us of but ok. We started the car and every thing was fine. I returned the key, went to see one more car at another lot, and drove alllll the way back to see the Audi again. The guy was rude from the beginning but it all blew up once it was time for paperwork. **very important** As Im signing papers, hes avoiding my questions, and acting shady. He asks me what I wanted to pay monthly, I said "no more than 200". He says "oh no you should be expecting about 300 to 400 monthly. Im like "WHAT". Im sitting there doing the math, with interest, right infront of him, and hes just sitting there arguing with me. Ok wow. Finally he says no the finance price is 10,900. Im like, "what the heck!?" it never said anything about that online. So I was asking him why the price changed so drastically and the manager, Im assuming, came from his back office and TOLD US TO LEAVE. Can you imagine that??? Now Im doing the math. 350/monthly x 12/months × 4/years = comes out to 16,800 total. For a car that says 6,995.00 online. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SHADY SHADY SHADY AND EXTREMELY RUDE. They wasted my whole day. He knew I wanted to finance from the very first moment I saw him yet waiting until I was giving him information the hit me with the new price. SHAME ON YOU CREDO CARS. Just read the rest of their bad reviews if you think Im lying.

I bought a used BMW X5 drove across the street to get gas, it started chugging like it was misfiring. I took it back to him (literally within 15 minutes) and he said go ahead and take it home to Key west and have it repaired there. Send him the bill he said. That was a joke. $1200.00 later, he said he would split the cost for the repair. Payments would be sent back to me for the wrong address. then he would try to hit me with late fees. After trading the truck in on a jeep at a new dealer he would not release the title, took 5 days to get the title and the dealer had to drive to his location after constantly bugging him. This place is a rip off. Go anywhere else. Stay away from Max, he does not do good business.

please do not go this this dealers. they are completely liar and they give wrong info at cargurus and their website. They will bump up the prize the moment you walk in make sure confirm the price over the phone before walking in there. they are bunch of crooks who lies and gives you wrong price in website and offers somethingelse when you walk in. im really depressed driving from so far away when i was told the proce will be lowered if paid with cash . DO NOT BELIEVE THEM AT ALL! I hope someone shuts them down because i will report to BETTER BUSINESS BEAUREAU (BBB)
