This has to be the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever experienced. Went on Saturday March 19, 2016 to trade my 2013 Ford Edge for a new 2016 Edge. Was shown a 2016 Edge Sport $46,000. I explained to them that I wanted to put very little down and a low lease payments. I thought a $46,000 car was way too high... But oh no, I was told we can get the car close to the price you are asking. So, after an hour and half was not even close to the number I was looking for. I told them I had to leave we were late for an appointment. Theo (which is the only bright spot in this whole fiasco) said he would look at other cars and email them to me. On Monday March 21, Theo emailed me two window stickers for 2015 Edge. I chose the one I liked, and Theo started to work out some numbers. Emailed me back and said the best they could do was $497 plus tax – lease payment would be $513.36 with $1636 down. If I wanted to get it to the $450 I would have to put another $1,700 down. Now after three days of going back and forth I declined the offer and emailed that I would look else were. Received a call this afternoon (March 23, 2016) from a guy named Tony. Tony told me that he wants to make the deal and I should come in and he could get me the Edge that I wanted for the $450 I was looking for... I told Tony that if you can’t get what I am asking for then don’t even waste my time. Tony reiterated that he can get me the price on a 2016 White Titanium Edge... Again, I restated, if you can’t get close to the price don’t waste my time. So like an idiot I believed him and drove an hour to Metro Ford Miami. I arrived and met Theo... We found a seat and I proceeded to set there for 45 minutes before we even started to talk about a car... When Theo came back with an offer, it wasn’t even the car I drove down to see... They tried to lease me the same car I looked at on Saturday. I told Theo, don’t waste my time I’m not paying that much money. About 15 minutes later Theo came back again and asked again if they got the price in the low $500’s would that work for the Sport. I asked Theo if they had a White Titanium Edge on the lot. Theo searched his data base and said no. Tony lied about having the car on the lot only to get me to come down (this should show you how shady these people are who work at Metro Ford Miami). Again, I told Theo I didn’t want to pay that price and stop wasting my time. After about another hour of bantering about the same car I told Theo that not only has Tony (who I never even saw) lied to me, but management has wasted two hours of my time just sitting here. I told Theo to go get my car keys I was leaving, this is when Bill (so called manager came over) and told me that they can’t get to the $450 I was asking for, that they would lose money... I said fine, this is what I told Theo on Saturday and told Tony today. Don’t have me take off work and drive down to Metro Ford Miami and waste my time. This is when Idiot Bill with his smart ass remark said you are wasting my time and stuck is hand out to shake mine. In which I replied I’m not shaking your hand you smart ass. Then Billy walked away... Word of caution if you decided to purchase a car at Metro Ford Miami. Pack a lunch because they will keep you there all day and try to wear you down until they get the price they want.... Be smart We have two Fords a Taurus and Edge. We always took both cars there to be serviced and we have bought new tires.... Never again. I will be buying a New Ford Edge, but will never be at Metro Ford Miami

Este dealer es una estafa para toda nuestra comunidad, los carros que no son 0millas sin una verdadera estafa.. lo digo por mi propia experiencia, el peor de los servicios la peor incompetencia, pues no respetan la opinión del cliente... yo compré una pick up Truck y al segundo día estuvo en el taller, luego la recogí y al pasar tres días solamente casi nos atropellan a mi esposa que estaba embarazada por problemas de frenos que se quedaron atascados, quise regresarlos y no me lo permitieron lo peor de esto es que el banco capital one no tiene idea ni conocimiento de este tipo de movimientos que hacen estas personas estafadoras aquí, en primer lugar uno de los manegger de venta Yasser de origen cubano, y otro vendedor llamo Daniel Contreras que fue quien me vendió el carro, esto fue hace tan solo 2 meses.. día 7 de mayo del 2017 hoy día 10 de julio mi registracion no llega, tuve que ir de vuelta al dealer y la registracion no estaba cundo muchísimo antes debía haberme llegado por correo mail a mi y no existe hoy día... hace unos mes anterior incluso lésbicos llamé s la policia e infelizmente la Policia no puede hacer nada en estos casos.. pues mi consejo para toda la comunidad es que no compren un carro en este lugar, si usted desea hacer una compra y no tener problemas el lugar indicado no es este... aquí he visto personas mayores de edad de la tercera edad dados quejas y han sido ignorados pues lo vi con mis ojos... es una pena que esta banda de estafadores se sigan saliendo con la suya y la ley en este país que es democrático no les puedan hacer nada... yo vivo en Miami Florida y este es el último lugar donde les diría a cada una de mis amistades y familiares que nunca nunca compren un carro ahí...

NEVER AGAIN! BOUGHT MY 2016 MUSTANG FROM THERE. AFTER CONTACTING THEM THROUGH THE INTERNET AND NOT GETTING A RESPONSE BACK FOR 3-4 DAYS, AFTER SPEAKING TO ONE OF THE INTERNET GUYS I GAVE UP. FINALLY I GOT A CALL AND WAS ASKED TO COME DOWN AND THAT THEY COULD GET ME OUT OF MY CAR WHICH I WAS UPSIDE DOWN IN BY $10,000. GOT ALL THE WAY THERE AND SPENT 3 HOURS DEALING WITH THEM ONLY TO FIND OUT AFTER I WAS PROMISED BY THE INTERNET GUY TONY LOPEZ THAT THEY COULD GET ME OUT NO PROBLEM! WELL AFTER 3 HOURS IN THE DEALERSHIP THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDNT HELP ME AND LET ME WALK OUT. DROVE 30 MINUTES NORTH AND GOT A PHONE CALL BY MY SALESMAN SAYING CAN YOU COMEBACK MY MANAGER IS GOING TO PUT AND EXTRA $3,000 TO MAKE THE DEAL. I TOLD HIM IM NOT COMING BACK AND WHY WOULD YOU LET ME LEAVE AND DRIVE 30 MINUTES NORTH THEN TELL ME THIS? SO AFTER 2 DAYS GONE BY I CAME BACK DOWN AND MADE THE DEAL. WELL THE VEHICLE I TRADED IN HAD SOME AFTERMARKET PARTS ON IT THAT I WANTED OFF. PAUL COLLINS THE MANAGER TOLD ME THEY WOULD TAKE THE PARTS OFF BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CERTIFY MY VEHICLE. SO I SIGNED A "WE OWE SHEET" STATING ALL MY PARTS. WELL AFTER 2 WEEKS OF THEM HAVING MY OLD CAR AND REMOVING THE AFTERMARKET PARTS. THEY NOTICED THAT MY FOG LIGHT WAS MISSING WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTED DURING THE USED CAR MANAGERS WALK AROUND. NOT MY FAULT. WELL AFTER 2 WEEKS OF HAVING MY CAR I CALLED DOWN AND SPOKE WITH SOME MANAGER ABOUT PICKING MY OLD PARTS UP. HE ASKED ME ABOUT THE FOG LIGHT. TOLD HIM I DONT HAVE IT AND THAT IT BROKE AND I THREW IT OUT. WHICH WAS THE TRUTH. HE SAID OK NO PROBLEM YOU CAN COME TOMORROW AND PICK YOUR STUFF UP. GOT THERE THE NEXT MORNING AT 7AM TO PICK MY STUFF UP AND THE SERVICE MANAGER TOLD ME HE COULDNT GIVE THEM TO ME UNTIL PAUL COLLINS GOT IN. WAITED AND HOUR AND HALF FINALLY PAUL ARRIVED. PAUL SAT ME DOWN AND ASKED ME ABOUT THE FOGLIGHT IN WHICH I DIDNT HAVE ANYMORE NOR WAS IT ON THE CAR WHEN THE WALK AROUND HAPPENED. NOT MY FAULT, THERES. PAUL TOLD ME I OWED THEM $600 FOR THE FOG LIGHT WHICH WASNT IN THE "WE OWE SHEET" AGREEMENT. PAUL DECIDED TO TELL ME I COULDNT HAVE MY PARTS BACK UNLESS I FORKED UP $600. TOLD HIM NO AND TO GIVE ME MY PARTS BACK ITS IN THE WE OWE AND NOTHING IN THERE BESIDES A LEASE FOR A REBATE IS WHAT I OWED THEM. AGAIN NOT MY FAULT. PAUL ENDS UP TELLING ME SORRY BUT "YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR PARTS BACK". AT THAT POINT I SAID OK YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM MY ATTORNEY. LATER THAT MORNING I CALLED MY ATTORNEY AND HE CONTACTED PAUL. AFTER 2-3 DAYS OF CONTACTING HIM, PAUL FINALLY RETURNED MY PARTS DUE TO HIM BEING LEGALLY WRONG. THE WE OWE SHEET STATIED EVERYTHING I OWED THEM AND THEY OWED ME. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
