Hello, I experienced the level of customer service and integrity that this dealership offers this morning. After driving by the lot 2 days prior to today, I noticed a Cadillac STS (Black) that caught my eye. I entered the establishment and spoke with a sales person, named Hector, who took all of my information (down payment amount, address information, work history, etc.). Since, at the time of speaking with Hector the business was at closing time Hector advised me to return first thing in the morning with the down payment amount agreed upon. When I returned to the "dealership" with the payment, they accepted the down payment and had me print out billing addresses. After my down payment was processed I was then called into the finance office where I was notified that I would not be able to purchase the agreed upon vehicle and offered alternative options; the agreed upon vehicle not being one of those options. I declined to view any of the alternative options and requested a refund. Since, I had paid half of the down payment with a credit card the transaction had to be voided. Unfortunately, they were unaware of how to perform a void transaction. After waiting 20 minutes while the receptionist phoned in to the credit card acceptance company I was finally given a void receipt and informed that my voided transaction funds would not be available to me until the next 7-10 business days. The dealership should have NEVER accepted payment if the agreed upon vehicle is not an option to the customer. I am very dissatisfied and would never recommend that anyone do business with a company that operates such as this one. While waiting in the lobby. The finance manager stated to another employee; " the blue 5 series BMW that sold yesterday, raise the price $3,000". How a dealership can raise the price of a SOLD vehicle is beyond me. Overall experience was VERY poor.

After my last accident where my car was unfortunately crashed by a friend, I really needed a vehicle that was good looking and in good condition. I went to a couple other used car dealerships before going to auction direct but many of their cars were dirty, had the engine light coming on, and they werent working with me when it came to financing because I am a first time buyer and I also needed to get insurance on any vehicle I purchased. I went to Auction direct one morning to look at a Hyundai Genesis, although I loved the car, it was a v8 engine and it was a bit too big for me. Jorge, one of the salesman asked me what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction of the 2012 Volkswagen CC (my last car was a Volkswagen Eos) and I immediately fell in love with the car, the interior, and the price! I went inside to get started looking at financing options immediately, everyone was so nice, honest, and informative inside. Gus another salesman there helped with my financing options and was able to get me the BEST financing option with low payments, and I was actually financing $900 less than the vehicle was being sold for! Jorge, helped me get insurance and because im only 21 with a less than an amazing driving record I was looking at paying over $500 a month on insurance alone..... Jorge called around and got me paying in the $300 range a month for insurance, which is awesome for someone who thought id never get my own insurance or a car without my parents help. Best part is... I left my car there for 2 days after purchasing the vehicle and they got it freshly cleaned for me, removed a sticker on the back from a previous owner, and had the thing looking virtually new when I picked it up! Long story short, I never leave reviews but I LOVE MY CAR. And Im so thankful for the help of Jorge and Gus.

I Would first like to say the people that work there are great and very friendly hats off to George and the front desk lady I know this hasnt been the easiest situation. Now the car overall is in good condition but The handling of the car with the maintenance issues wasnt great at all there were issues with the car during the The test drive the car completely turned off as we were driving obviously thats not good I didnt personally have an issue as long as the problems of the car got taken care of then I would purchase the car no problem which they said they would take car of. I left the car so they can make the repairs came back next week to pick up the car keep in mind Im driving from Orlando when I get the car it still has the same issues! Nothing was fixed so guess what I have to drive all the way back down from Orlando Im giving them a chance instead of turning it back in so they finally fixed two things on the car the car seems to run better but after the next day once I have left Miami the car is still having the same issue but it is running better so now theyre saying theyre not gonna help me out with getting the car running good anymore so Im stuck trying to figure out what is causing the issue And the cost of any other repairs that are needed just to get the car running properly

definitivamente el peor dealer de Miami, son unos estafadores, mi peor experiencia al comprar un vehículo la vivi con ellos, compre un carro kia optima 2011 y a los 4 meses el monitor se fundió lo lleve a kia y me dijeron que el carro ya había sido reparado antes, eso quiere decir que me lo vendieron malo y el arreglo me salio por más de 3000 usd y este dealer no respondió con nada y ya sabían que el carro estaba arreglado. SI VAN A COMPRAR CARRO NO LO HAGAN CON ESTE DEALER PORQUE VAN A SALIR ESTAFADOS

I had a great experience buying my 2008 Nissan Altima here. Jorge was very helpful in showing me the car, coming with me to my mechanic to have the car looked at, and helping to get some issues with the car fixed. Gus was extremely helpful in offering several options to finance the car within my financial situation. I was able to drive from their lot with the Altima. Also, Sandy was gracious and easy to work with regarding all payments, temporary tag, etc. Thank you all for a great buying experience. You have gone above and beyond as far as Im concerned. I will not hesitate in the least to recommend you!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Customer service was CHAOTIC. Personnel was rude and with lack of skills to work with clients. The finance "man", because he can not be referred to as a gentleman, is the most rude, ignorant person I have met to date. He has the nerve to mistreat clients who are the ones who are paying his salary in order for him to feed his family. The car has all sort of issues less than one month after taking it out of the dealer and they have washed their hands of it. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I intend to see this through until the very end.

Had an awesome experience here. Spent the day going from place to place before I was about to call it a day and go home. But then I decided to google the car I wanted (Scion tC, 2011 or newer) one more time and found a 2011 tC listed from this dealer. I called, spoke to the manager about the car, price and the way I wanted to pay. They had the exact option I was looking for and headed over there. Staff was very nice and hospitable. Took the car for a test drive, went over what we spoke about on the phone and bought my new tC! And now Im a super happy gal.
