I purchased new glasses on Sunday. Ready quickly no problems. As I wore them for the next two days I noticed something off in one eye. Took it back to the store and had them look at the prescription. Upon looking at them the person who was taking care of me named Debbie proceeded to take them to the back and then returned with them saying that everything was ok with the prescription and that the glasses matched up to it and if I needed something changed on it that I would to see my doctor to check the prescription. And that I should wear them a few more weeks and I would get used to the new prescription. I went to my doctor and had things checked out and he told me that the axis was off 5 degrees on the one side and my astigmatism wouldnt tolerate that hence making things wrong in the one eye. I then proceeded back to the store. When I got there Debbie came back to me to see what the verdict was. I had a script from my doctor saying that the axis was off 5 degrees. And she then said that is what she thought was wrong with them when she went back to the lab initially. What?! If she knew it was a problem why didnt she fix it the first time. So I wasted my gas and my time about 2.5 hrs for nothing. Just to fix something that was already known to be wrong. She then took my glasses back to the lab. Dont know who was back there or what he/she did. Then brought them back out. Had me test them again and they were still off. She looked at it through the prescription lens reader and agreed that they were. Why did they even give them back to me in the first place. To see if I was making it up? They then proceeded to remake them which took more time. I would have been fine them just telling me when I got there initially that oh its off a little bit let me fix them. Everyone makes mistakes. But the fact that they knowingly lied to me and made me go back to my doctor for something they already knew was wrong and wasted my time for nothing is intolerable. Just because someone didnt want to do the work and thought it was ok. I work in a very detailed job and cant afford my eyes to be half right. I am heavily debating returning them after work tomorrow because I dont deserve to be lied to. Im a understanding guy. I paid good money for something to be right, it wasnt, ok, but I didnt pay to be lied to and my time and gas to be wasted for no reason. If something feels off. Dont trust them. Get it checked.

This place would rather turn away someone who is paying cash and wants to spend plenty of it for all the options because, I didnt have an eye exam there in the past year. Ok dumb ass. I will go elsewhere!! I suggest going to anywhere other than LensCrafters. They are scammers. They dont even care about anyones negative remarks.

Lens crafters is independantly owned franchise .. what separates one from another is the staff and prescribing doctors and optical staff. Staff is very well trained and Drs seem to be very professional. Prices are a tad higher than competitors but great price if you catch a sale.

Never, ever had a problem. Glasses have always been correct, the staffing skilled and friendly, and the always seem to save me as much money as they can.
