They are full of it. They have great looking cars. Thats where it ends. They made sure they took my money for a down payment and had me under the impression that the deal had gone through with the Finance company. However, that wasnt the case. From the signs they have posted all over their officem "Downpayments are final, and will not be given back". Then to top it all off. A guy is going to come up to you while your still their and in a really good mood cause you just bought a car and ask you to do a review, and insists on giving them a good review. I am most certainly changing mine from a 5 star to if they had it it would be a negative 5. They play the game well, their finance lady will act like she cares. She just wants the money. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Then not to mention the car I was trying to get that I had for all of 6 days had some sort of oil leak to where oil was getting all over the bottom and front and rear bumper of the car. Worse experience of my life, and it all could have been avoided if they would have waited until the loan deal actually went through. They were so worried about getting my money that they didnt let the deal go through and had me thinking it did and once I paid my money it was to late. The reviews are bogus as hell cause again they wait until you just received your car and you are in a fantastic mood. Go elsewhere. I will never do business with these people again. In addition of you actually go look at all the reviews you will see and read some with the same claims. These people are the worse. I actually heard they have sketchy criminal backgrounds. I cant confirm that, however. It makes a lot of sense. They are most certainly crooks.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle and the vehicle was sold from under me. After they already ran my credit and I had been approved for the car. My salesman was NOT the person to notify me that the car was sold from underneath me. It was another salesman who was extremely unprofessional by being flirtatious saying inappropriate things along with undressing me with his eyes. I was bounced around between two salesmen. Every time I called I was told how "busy" they were as an excuse to why no one has called me back. I was also told multiple times " I have a customer who just walked up, Ill call you back." As though I am not a customer myself. The manger/c.e.o got word of his shadey and perverse circus ring and called me as if he wanted to rectify the situation. He too told me that he would be in contact with me and never followed through as promised. I have never been so degrated, disgusted, disrespected, and tossed to the side in my entire life. I gave them the opportunity to correct their wrong doings but I found out quickly that the owner is no better with customer service than his salesmen. I would rather take the bus, car pool, uber, and all other means of transportation before doing business with people who do not respect you, your time, or your hard earned money. Its not worth it....find another dealership.

I dealt with Corey, who was a very nice guy who answered all of my questions and worked with me on the asking price. But, as nice as Corey was, he was not there to show me the flaws in the car - he was trying to close the deal. I just replaced all four tires on the car he sold me because 2 of the tires had 2 nails APIECE in them (thats 4 nails!). I also had to replace the car stereo and all of the speakers, which costs a pretty penny these days. All this goes to show that "AS IS NO WARRANTY" means exactly that, so whenever you are buying a car (from here or anywhere else), you need to really take your time and turn every knob, press every button and look at every stitch of upholstery. For the most part, I am happy with the car, but there are enough issues to make me wish I would have pushed for a lower final price. I rushed. If youre reading this, youre doing your homework, and that means you can benefit from my experience. Know that Trust Capital Automotive is a nice place with pleasant people, but they arent going to give you any reason not to buy the car. A used car salesmans only job is to get you to sign on the dotted line, so dont make the mistake of thinking that they are your advocate. Take your time. Look the car over carefully, CONSIDER your asking price and then start negotiating.

They treat their customs like trash and handle THEIR screw ups like children. Calling your customs liars and assuming they "dont have the money to afford their cars" is compleltey and utterly rude. This company is a small business and is going to stay a small one if they continue to treat people like they are above them. Trust capital automotive is a very contradicting name to the amount of shadiness going on here. From their employees to the owner himself, lashing out on customers and fellow friends whos seen and witnessed they way the owner speaks to people. Condecings and completely awful. If you want to be treated with respect, you will NOT find it here. If anyone would like to view the comments made, I will and can provide screen shots. I am compleltey aware this review will be met with yet again an unprofessional and condescending response, which is no matter to me I would just really like to put the word out there to be wary of this business and the people who run it. Theyre out to make money off you, not help you find what youre looking for. Please think twice before you visit untrustworthy capital automotive.

I had a really GREAT experience with Trust Capital. I dealt with Mr. Craig he had great customer service. I am a low income single mom working retail he & Tshawanda were able to get me in a good vehicle that was reasonable for myself & my kids. I called on a Friday looking for a car went in on a Monday as a walk in not to long after my paperwork which wasnt much at all I was able to test driving vehicles that was in my price range. I was very satisfied with there work ethic. If they can approve me they can approve anyone I didnt think I was able to get in my 2009 Hyundai Sonata with no co-sign!! Thats a huge plus with me!! I just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU!! To them at Trust Capital!! I will be sending everyone I know that needs a vehicle there way!! Go to them you will no regret your decision at all I know for sure I dont I am glad I found them they were a blessing to me!

A friend of mine rode pass this place and spoke with Mr.Craig. She gave me his number and I finally called him. I went in not knowing the outcome as I was on a tight budget, first time financing a car, nervous, and somewhat frustrated. Mr.Craig and Tashawnda changed all of that. I had left the first time discouraged b/c of my insurance quote. Mr.Craig did not let me give up and called me minutes later informing I was approved and was able to get something even better than what I almost chose to get. I went from almost choosing a 2006 Toyota Avalon to riding off in a 2014 Toyota Corolla. They truly were helpful and helped me get to where I was comfortable with a note and car insurance. A true blessing!
