The owner Nigel is terrible! STAY AWAY from this dealership! I called and asked about trading my car in and buying one of theirs, my car is driven less than 2k miles a year, it is a muscle car and barely driven, they tell me a number that they can give me on a trade since the car is in brand new condition so I go there and the owner tells me a number $4k lower! I then say well I drove all the way over here because you told me a different number and you said it might be more once you see it, and now I feel like Im wasting my time he then goes well have a great day and walks away laughing!! I have never been treated like this before, i was ready to spend over 40K on a 750 BMW little did he know i was going to buy if he gave me what i was told he was going to. Absolutely terrible experience and this was the OWNER too!!! i will personally make sure that everyone i know finds out about this, what he doesnt realize is that my whole family lives in the city the dealership is located in and they are all very connected so i am hoping his business goes to crap!

I was looking for a first car for my son. we stopped in at sovereign auto and talked to John he is the nicest sales man Ive talked to in a long time. we were interested in a jeep there was no high presser to buy. very accommodating gave us time to thing about it . a very clean and organized place. In 2004 bought a 2000 town car, they refused to honor thier 3month/1000mile warrenty when they realized the broken mirror cost $400. Hope they enjoyed the $400 they were unwilling to spend it cost them $1000s. I have purchased 9 used cars since then.

They are were only dealer willing to locate a specific vehicle, not push me into one they already had. Nigel also sold it to me just over invoice and he showed me the whole process. Ive never seen such a transparant process! He made it all too easy!
