I have waited a few days to make this review because i wanted to figure out how to word it and not to miss anything. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE! Me and my husband went in to see about getting him a truck as the cars were advertised as 499 down and buy here pay here. We got there and he started the application process and he asked for our socials so i asked him what he needed them for and he advised to do the credit check to get us financed. I was not happy but I proceeded without making a deal of it. He then advised he could put me in a SUV for 1000 down that he had a bank to bite. I provided him with all information he asked for. He then showed us a 2010 traverse that we liked and decided to buy. I advised him I would come back the following weekend with the down payment. HE said you can go ahead and take it and bring bring me the 1000 down Saturday. He also advised he would have to put a dealer plate in the vehicle till saturday because he ran out of temporary plates. Me and my husband left with the SUV thinking all was done and we had the vehicle. Almost a week goes by and we get a call from the lender wanting our previous landlords information because we havent been at our current home long enough. We gave it to them and told them ahead of time that the previous landlord would not say anything good because we were sueing him they said no problem. Next thing we know we are on the way to my relatives swear in for the army two hours from our home and we get a call saying the deal fell through because of the previous landlord comments. Okay thats a whole different matter that was no ones fault but that landlord. Where things go really South for me is when jack calls us and to tell us the deal feel fell through he started talking very nasty to me and my husband and demanded we have the car back in two hours and yelling he hadnt got his down payment and I informed him it would be the next day before I would be able to bring the car back do to the ceremony and that I didnt owe him any money till saturday (this was thursday) and that he wasnt getting it if I had to bring the vehicle back cause at that point I didnt owe him. He then asked where we where so I honestly told him and he threatened to call the cops and report the car stollen and have us arrested if the car was not returned in two hours. Once again we advised him while he was stillthrowing insults we were not able to do that and that we had our 3 children in the car with us and it was 19º outside and he stated that wasnt his problem. My husband informed him we would bring it back and in In better shape than we left with it cause we went and had the vehicle detailed because it was filthy when we left with it. My husband actually found pills and some pot in the vehicle when we did the initial clean before we took it to the dealer. I have worked in customer service for 5 years and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and dishonest person. He called us names and said it wasnt his problem if my 6 year old was left in the cold. I have made reports to the BBB and am posting everywhere my experience. PLEASE research this man and place before committing to his deals. Thankfully we went to muclusky Chevrolet and got a new truck with our 1000 down and got really helped and not lied to and mistreated. I hope this helps someone avoid his scams. Also he said the vehicle was a one owner and after we got the carfax that was more than a lie. It was previously a rental car

I bought a Trailblazer from here thinking it was going to be a great car for me. Jack was so helpful and got it down to wonderful affordable payments for me . But all good things must come to an end. 15 days after I bought my car the transmission went out they fixed while they had it they gave me a loaner car. Well ever since then Jack has has my car more than I have. It continuously keeps breaking down. Just last week on a Thursday I was heading to my uncles when my vehicle locked up on me I messaged Jack and told him and he said to tow it in and they would fix it. Well after four days of having it I asked him not once but twice for a loaner car due to the fact Ive gotta work if not I cant pay my bills. Well he told me no both times. So finally the following Tuesday he told me my car was available for pick up. I went picked my car up and drove not even a mile down the road and my car began to smoke I pulled over and just my luck my Transmission fluid had poured out. I called them and told them what was going on. They told me to leave it there and a tow truck would get it well I went back to get a loaner vehicle and Jack said its not his problem. My dad got very angry Jack began to raise his voice using language he shouldnt with a customer. He couldnt keep his composure. Screaming and yelling at My dad made me very upset so my dad walked outside and Jack and I began to talk I am in tears and he doesnt even care he told me I needed to get loud mouth to rent me a car aka my father and as he got louder with me I got louder with him. He kept yelling at me to quit screaming but at this time I couldnt. When I went back to get my car Jack looked at me and said not to call him because he is done he refuses to fix my vehicle any more which is okay Ill take it to someone whom will actually fix the problem instead of putting bandages on it. Jack is a dirty scamer and I would advise NO buy a car from him. I will let everyone and their mothers know about Motor King. And Jack I hope you have fun the BBB and Attorneys General is involved.

Jack is nothing but a di** and very rude. At first he seemed nice and willing to help me. After being there 2 hours I never seen the man smile and seemed like he was getting very aggravated. Well I took the car on a test drive after 2 hours cause he was still on the computer not speaking. Well when I returned with the car he was at a total different desk and was talking to other two in the room (an employee and a customer. But not once spoke a word to me. Well then my 7 month old daughter started being fussy cause it was her bedtime so I asked him sir what are we waiting for he rudely said a desk we are waiting for them to get done so I said okay and went about my business well then he stood up and said OK well Im gonna wait I said what he said Im gonna wait you can take your business else where since you wanna be rude and Ive done nothing but bend over backwards for you. I said for one you want me to put 2000 down on an 2009 Toyota and pay 300 monthly on top of that for a car with 133 thousand miles. Um for one I was never rude but okay cool Ill take my business else where. Then he had the guts to walk out behind me and wait till I was getting in my car and he got down real close to me and said for future reference dont be rude to someone that is bending over backwards. Horrible horrible experience. I would most definitely not refer someone there that place is nothing but a joke!!!!!
