I was referred to this shop when I had an issue with my car about 8 months months ago. I brought my car in to have them take a look. They immediately took a look at my car, assesed my issue, were honest and toldme that I would be better off going to the dealership to have my car fixed under warrantly. They said to bring my car back for any other services that the dealership wouldnt cover. They were so nice and honest, I knew I would be back....and I was. just a couple weekends ago I had new issues with my car,this time I was out of warranty. I brought my car in and I was once again, immediately greeted an they hopped in my car to check out the problem. Within 30 minutes they had figured out the issue and had a game plan for me. Tom especially took the time to explain what was going on and what the best step would be for me financially. He even gave me the best suggestions for the type of car to buy so that I could avoid costly visits for repairs. I really appreciated the extra time and effort that was given to me. I feel like the staff at DC Auto is honest and realy care about the customers. I dont intend to take my car anywhere else for service and refer everyone I know!

ABOVE AND BEYOND - THEY REALLY CARE Im almost new to the Johns Creek area and Im a mother of a toddler and a baby so having my car up to date is really important when security is at stake. I wasnt sure where to go to check for a rattleing noise in the front of the car. I found DC Auto because it was close and it had good ratings. I received a clear explanation of what I needed to be done and the options to fix it. The prices are very reasonable. I came back to check my breaks and they squeeze me in and didnt let me leave until they made sure I was going to drive with safety, which I really appreciate because there are usually two more lives with me all the time. They are wonderful!! Awesome customer service, theyre very friendly people, did their best to accommodate my family. Since I lived very close, they even offer a ride home so my baby could be more comfortable at home meanwhile my car was getting fixed. They called some days after the service to check if everything is working good and how my car was doing. THANK YOU DC Auto for your great service, honesty, right prices and professionalism. I no longer need to look elsewhere for car service!

DC auto has come to my rescue on many occassions since we moved here at the first of this year. I first pulled in with my car on hot rolling in and had no reference. I just saw the sign and pulled in out of desperation. Since that time months back and with a pretty bad car, everyone has gone above and beyond to make this old car keep going for me and my daughter. I had an appointment today to get 2 new tires as I had been warned how bad they were. Because I had waited and not heeded the advise, a tire blew and my and my girl could not get the battered tire off. We called to say we were stranded... and DC auto came out and put on the spare so we could get to the shop. Everyone here has been so nice to us and always fair and so honest. I was lucky to have pulled in randomly to the right place months back when my car was smoking. I now have safe tires on my car and they sent out an employee who got our spare on when we couldnt even get the bolts and nuts to move with both of us trying. Thanks and thanks and thanks again. I tell everyone I know about your place and for the many times you have bailed me out of a bad car situation.

So I had a distributor go bad on my 97 Nissan pickup. I had it towed to DC auto based on the ratings I read. They quickly diagnosed the issue to the distributor but wanted to charge me $710.00! $380 for the part, $100 for the diagnosis and the rest was for labor. I declined as this is my work truck and didnt want to pay that much into a truck that is worth maybe $ 2500- 3000. Funny though, when I went to pick it up and pay for the diagnosis fee, I asked if I wanted to sell it to them. Uh...no. What I did do was look online myself to see prcies for distributors and found one for $90.00 with free shipping from a highly reviewed estore , googled how to do it, removed the wires loosened two bolts, took the bad unit out and slide the new one in, put it right back where it was( which was with about a half inch of play room) tightened it down put the wires back in the same order and started it up. I think it took about the same amount of time to write this review as finishing the task. Please do not rely on reviews. They probably are rigged or fake. $710 for a $ 90 part and less than 10 min to change out. Not very honest to me.

After failing my emissions from another place around the corner and having my car stall out on me, I literally coasted into D.C. Autos parking lot and was greeted by Tom. Tom gave me reassurance that everything was going to be okay and he would take care of me and wouldnt sell me anything I didnt need. Since his shop closed at 6PM and I coasted in a 5:55PM, he allowed me to stay in his shop until my friend could pick me up, by him showing me this kind gesture of allowing me to wait past his closing time, meant Tom was genuinely true to his word and I could tell he was caring towards his customers! After worrying about what could be wrong with my car and the costs associated with that, I finally talked to Tom and he gave me repair costs and told me in detail what was wrong with my car.. Tom was right, he treated me very well and made me feel so comfortable in this process. D.C. Auto Services & Sales has my business for now on! I cant say enough great things about D.C. Auto and Tom!! Please check them out, its hard to find a true and honest service shop in this day in age!! Thanks D.C. Auto Services!!!

Let me start by saying I do not post reviews but DC Auto Service and Sales got my attention. What an experience that I do not want another person to deal with the worst customer service known to mankind. . I simply took a car to this place for pre purchase inspection .the guy at the front desk, all what he has to do is hand a copy of the inspection report to the seller and to his client witch is the buyer and send everybody home . this guy, I believe he is the owner was rude , racist and ignorant . This individual who puts down other races (you know who you are) should take a good look at himself in the mirror, take a long, hard look at yourself and ask himself "Why do I think the way I do?" and go back to the source. Then you might realize how irrational and ignorant you were behaving. I strongly condemn this inappropriate behavior. We all need to take a position against hate and take a stand against racism. Hate attack civility, community and escalates into the disease of racism. Racism hurts every one. This business owner should be held accountable and should be investigated.
