I have been to this Michaels more times that I can count since it was the closest one to us. Now we have a new one which has opened up closer to where we live. This store is packed with arts and crafts merchandise and if you cant find what you are looking for here, it many not exists. The most important secret about Micheals that if you are going to shop here - make sure you get their coupons which are out weekly. They are usually 40% off one item and sometimes you can find a 50%. They usually are in the news paper but now you can just download their App which has the coupons. You dont even need to print it, just show them your phone.

I had the best customer service!! I came in with a long list of items that Ive never used before and multiple people helped me find them or something equivalent. I want to give a special shout out to Chris, as he was super helpful, supportive of my project and definitely exceeded my expectations. Also, I have been shopping around a lot and Michaels probably has THE most impressive selection of Halloween decorations and most of it is 40% right now! This will be my go-to supplies stop :)

Custom Framing Review: Ill never go anywhere else. Andrea was the first person who helped through the process. I didnt know anything about what I was doing or what would look good. She walked me through the steps and made sure I knew about ever option and the associated prices. The result was everything it needed to be. When a business allows 1 customer to do 6 individual transactions, using a chipped credit card taking a total of 13 minutes, its simply inconsiderate to ALL other customers waiting to check out!!! There needs to be a policy of one transaction then, out of respect for the next customer, go to the back of the line!!!

Typical over-priced craft store. If you go on their website from your phone you can usually get at least a 40% off coupon. I find it quite frustrating to jump through that silly hoop - Id like the store more, and shop there instead of Amazon, if they just offered reasonable prices on all products all the time.

Its pretty much a one stop shop for all of your needs from crafts to T-shirt making to making a cake. You are surrounded by passionate and knowledgeable people who are there to help you. The frame shop will do it all for you or show you how to get the most from your pictures or art.

Standard Michaels, but very clean and neat, which was surprising on my recent visit - just after the holidays. Huge selection of everything crafty. Prices are just ok, but convenience counts.

Extremely cramped aisles in a poorly laid out and poorly designed store. If you dont have a coupon then wait until you can find one as its quite expensive without one.
