I went to this location April 2015, and it is very much open for business. I went to Transit location to compare different types of fabric big mistake. the staff/ employees they our definitely not helpful in given assistant to customers. Now the Niagara Falls Blvd location the staff takes the time to assistant their customers, helping them location different items within the store, answer questions and occasionally give subjections

4101 transit IS open (Dec 2014 I was just there) and they are awesome and very helpful. I had gotten an estimate of $1500 to refurbish two antique chairs, and they talked me through everything I needed to do it myself for $300 (and I have a bunch of tools I can use again) - In addition, I accidentally left two items there that i had paid for and they went out of their way to get them to me. They have a huge selection of stuff

I literally walked away from the person cutting my fabric because she was so rude and unhelpful. I am not a crafty person so I didnt know what I was doing but isnt it your job to help me not be rude and irritated because I dont have the same knowledge you do??

The only place to go for a decent fabrics selection, especially if you are a crafter or make kids Halloween costumes. Dont come here for fine silks or wools, doesnt exist. Not a fine tailoring supplier. More crafty/seasonal.

Great store but somewhat illogically laid out. hard to find what youre looking for. They are also expensive as they know they are the only store of this type in the area now so they can rape you with their prices.

No, the store at this location is most definitely closed. Trust me. I live close by and am rather annoyed I have to travel to Niagara Falls Blvd or Transit for Fabric needs.
