I have never been felt so trapped and disrespected while purchasing furniture in a store before. The reason I went to VCF is because I saw online a set of furniture for my toddler sold by that store only. Carmin, the sales person chased me around but placed my order accordingly. I also told her I could receive delivery only in the afternoon. AWFUL DELIVERY SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE 1st time arrived early and there was no one at home. 2nd time, after a struggle over the phone and in person they agreed to come in there afternoon a week later only. Anwar, the manager, acted was if he was doing me a favor and not his obligation. The delivery came, however, one piece of furniture was broken and other missing, two were delivered. 3rd time. A week later. 2/18/16. Long story short They did not schedule delivery for the afternoon. There is still one piece of furniture missing. Over the phone disgusting conversation with someone called DJ. Its not my fault and she did not care to promptly solve my problem. What I received seem to be ok but too much of a hassle. I will return my order and file lawsuit if necessary. If you find something you like buy it somewhere else, not at this store. Frustrated and disappointed. Same review I posted at Yelp.

My dad and I bought a living room and a bed room set in 2011 from the Burbank location; big mistake. After just one year the couch sunk in on one side and into the second year the mattress from the bedroom set sunk in on both the left and the right side. We purchased insurance with the furniture and when we reached out to the insurance company they refused to do anything instead they just gave me the run around. I called value city furniture they in turn also did nothing. The couches were crap the mattress was crap. Be very careful when you purchase furniture from Value City Furniture , because once they get their sale they wash their hands. I now shop at the Room Place and Art Van. VALUE CITY SUCKS!!

Worst delivery service ever. Bought furniture last weekend. They promised to deliver on Wednesday between 9.30 am to 11.30 am. I had taken a half day to receive the furniture, when The order didnt come till 12.30 I called them, they simply said oh sorry! We cant deliver it today, we will deliver on Saturday. On Saturday we called them and again they said oops! Your order is still at the warehouse, we cant deliver it. These guys are running a circus.

We liked this furniture store. It is priced lower compare to the others and have a normal variety to choose from. I really hope that the quality of the furniture that we bought high and it will last long. We received truly wonderful, friendly and personal customer service from Tina. What else can you expect when you are buying a furniture? P. S. I will update a review later based on the experience with the delivery and quality of the items

Still furious with vcf on north lake. Picked out sofa and was told it would be back ordered until Jan 19th. I get ready to rent uhaul van and store tells me "we no longer sell this item!" Why then did an order be wrote up and salesman Not know this? Very dissatisfied!

Great value for money, staff are helpful, paying and setting up deliver over the phone was harder than it should be. Was promised Saturday delivery at the shop but when I called they said I would have to wait a month! Ill update this once I get it delivered.

VCF is profit oriented and ready to cheat customers in case they have complains with purchased furniture. Refuse to solve customer s bad experience with their products.

Wonder to have a VCF in the city. Recently purchased a king size bed & the customer service was great. Merchandise was available for pick-up on schedule & easy to get.
