We visited FBR Furniture in beginning of December 2016 and met Allison, who took the time and care to help us customize the couch we wanted. We chose the Dorset from Rowe Furniture but swapped out the legs with Dowel legs for a mid-century modern look. We were able to choose a handful of samples/swatches to take home and make the final decision. We decided on a cream with a tan tone to it (Color: N19119-82) and purchased on 12/15/16. The couch arrived in the beginning of March and was delivered on 3/11/17. Mark and his assistant were asked to remove the legs of the couch before bringing it down the stairs, but they said it was nailed on and couldnt be removed. They marked up and punctured the walls on the way down and Mark roughly patched up the walls a few days later. Ironically, my husband was able to come home and easily remove the legs to change them to the Dowel legs. That was the least of our problems, because once the couch was unwrapped, we recognized that it was the wrong color. The couch had a yellow tint to it when we ordered one with a tan tint. So we placed the sample that we had from FBR, directly on top of the couch. It was clear that the color was incorrect so we notified FBR, but we didnt expect a two month ordeal and still ongoing process to resolve the issue. My husband brought in the sample and pillowcase to Allison (GM) and Tony (owner). They both verified that it was the wrong color and said they would contact Rowe but it would be a very lengthy process to get the correct colored couch. Being dissatisfied with that answer, we both returned to FBR and wanted to move on from the situation. We asked for a refund but they refused and we were met with hostility and abrasiveness from Tony. ("It aint gonna happen." - This is after he confirmed that it was the wrong color.) Allison asked for the pillowcase (accent pillow and same color as the couch) and the sample, to send to Rowe. She said she sent it though regular mail it on 3/31/17 without a tracking number, not UPS, not FedEx, no tracking number! Who sends a package without a tracking number? Today is 5/10/17. Rowe still has not reviewed Allisons package, there is no tracking number, we cant verify the whereabouts of the package, and Allison has no answers for us. She wont give us the contact information for her contact at Rowe. We called Rowe twice and left messages with no response from Rowe. We are extremely frustrated and dont even want a couch from Rowe anymore. We dont recommend FBR Furniture or any company that deals with Rowe. FBR is the middle man in purchasing furniture and that allows them to deflect blame on Rowe rather than taking ownership themselves. This situation is still unresolved and we have never experienced such poor customer service. *We will update as we continue this journey.

I am so happy with the new console that has just been delivered. Allison was a great help when I came at the store. We went through a few catalogues and she helped to choose the best console that perfectly fits to the room. Great great experience and good price range.

Its alright. The owner is nice, but most of the items are from catalogues, so you cannot feel, or sit on them. I am uncomfortable buying furniture I cannot test out in the store.
