Good Selection...Poor Management. I have been here numerous times as the selection is impossible to beat. They need more persons to help make selections easier as it is a huge facility. The reason I stated poor management was due to their customer service involving their beer growlers. A friend of mine and I each bought a growler at a beer tasting for the Highland Brewery and went our seperate ways. The next morning she told me her growler leaked all over her car. I called the store to ask if they would help her out and maybe replace her leaky top and top off her growler. The manager, Frank, told me the leak was her fault as the lids they put on are not seals and the tape is to avoid getting a ticket for an "open container." FYI...Total Wine puts an air tight lid on the growler and then tapes it shut so you have no involvement with sealing your growler. Apparently, Total Wine did not screw her lid on tighltly and then taped over the lid so one could not tell. Given the fact that Frank had a tone from the moment hepicked up the phone I guess he was having a bad morning. Still...it surprised me he stated the lids are not seals and would not even top off her growler. If the lid is not a seal then what the heck is it? Frank just seemed as like he was not interested in customer retention or service. As an aside...my beer is delicious.

Have been several times, and the selection is great and staff very helpful. I recently called to inquire if they had a particular product that Id been having a hard time finding. The lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Claire, but cant remember for certain) cheerfully stopped what she was doing and ran to the back to check for me. Unfortunately, they didnt have it, but her willingness to go look while I was waiting on the phone saved me a trip over to the store. This type of friendly customer-first service attitude is all too lacking. anymore, and I appreciate when I experience it.

Great selection and prices. I was ready to checkout and the cashier probably 3 years younger than me looked at my ID. She called the manager then the manager looked at my ID. He stated we nee you to get one with a hologram. I was not able to make a purchase my ID was issued in 2007 it is warn from being in my wallet. I recommend if your 29 years old I hope you have a mint condition license if you want to buy liquor. I told them I would never come back and decided to do business with Greens down the road.

I visit the store once a week to buy cigars, and everytime in enter the humidor there which has a camera watching they always send atleast one worker to act like they are working in area. I dress as good as if not better than most of the other customers and dont have this problem of being profiled anywhere else, and i have watched alot of there fairer skinned customers go in and out the humidor without being treated like a high risk criminal.

This place is huge! The selection of microbrews is the best in Greenville that Ive seen. The help is very hit or miss. It can be hard to find anybody. I asked for a recommended red wine once and was handed a Chardonnay. However, they have a great selection of wines to choose from. If you dont need help choosing wine, youll have a great time here. Liquor side is kind of dismal feeling.

I love this place. Its like a candy store for adults! Check out the "chiller" they have near the customer service desk. If you find something you want to drink right away, but its not cold, stick it in the chiller for a few minutes it comes out ice cold! :D Cant beat the prices or selection.

Great selection and prices! Only con is inconsistent staff. Many are great but some dont smile when interacting you and give off the impression you are bothering them. The older lady with the glasses is the best however. She could talk me into anything and makes great suggestions!

I love Total Wine! There membership rewards program has given me some nice coupons and their selection cannot be beat. The classes offered there are nice too. They allow you to sample about six wines and then give you a 15% to 20% off coupon usually to purchase the wine.

Horrible customer service. Manager John Schmoit is absolutely the worst manager of a retail store I have ever come across. Spend your money else where. John Schmoit is so rude and inconsiderate. I will never shop here or at any other Total Wine store again.

Great place if you are looking to buy any kind of alcoholic drinks. The wine selection and craft beer selection is one of the biggest in the area with fair pricing on each. They always have coupons, so sign up for their email/rewards!

The staff always seems very knowledgeable, but anytime Ive ever asked for help, it always seems like Im interrupting them. Not a place to simply price. Theyll look at you like a thief if you leave without buying anything.

Staff will help with what you need. Vast selection of home styled wines to special occasions. Liquor store next door. Anything you could want to compliment your wine selection including decanters, glasses, pourers etc.

Traffic is terrible but the store has a good selection. Lines can be long. Staff is always stocking shelves during business hours making it hard to get around the store

Wine, beer liquor superstore. Good store but it is buried deep in the Shops at Green Ridge off of Woodruff Road which makes it difficult to get in and out of.
