Absolutely the worst jewel you can possibly go to. Employees are super snobby and very rude. Store always looks disgusting and this will be the third time I went in that I saw a cashier yelling at a customer, and this was just for simply asking a question because this person was too busy talking to her other employees about personal issues. The bagger was also horrible decided she was going to put so many cans into one bag she handed me the bag and it ripped and fell on the floor picked up the bag and still tried to hand it to me after damaging every can in the bag.. This place is a joke. And please do not go here if youre looking for fresh vegetables, I have gotten so much stuff from here that I have to throw away that same day.. anything from cereal to meet and veggies.. And to mention they took away the self registers.. which was really the only reason I was going here, it was so convenient and I didnt have to stand in line for 20 minutes because they only have one lane open. Just overall awful place to shop.. drive a few extra minutes and just go to Marianos.. its worth it!

Employees are rather unprofessional. I had a cashier in the express lane, named Jacob I believe, who did not know the meaning of express. Cashiers in the regular lanes were faster than this kid. He was slow, seemed moody and just kinda flung my items on the counter after scanning. Gave me a snarky response when I asked him if he could put my items in a bag. Then another employee got in line and asked him why he was being so gloomy and Jacob replied with "irritating customers"! He said that right in front of a customer! That is unacceptable behavior! I will always think twice before I come back to this store...

I like Jewel when I need to get last minute items for cooking before I head home although not crazy about the prices you can find cheaper but then that entails a longer drive to save a buck. Jewel has what I need at the last minute, right down the street and always stocked with items I need.

Horrendous customer service. Fewer checkout lines open than a Wal-Mart. I could grow my own groceries for the amount of time I spent standing in line here. Whoever is in charge of the front end should be fired. Its embarrassing. Im ashamed such a poorly run business is allowed in my hometown.

Its Jewel...nothing extra or special beyond that. If youve been to a Jewel before, you get the same at almost every one. Its a never building so the layout is better than some of the old school locations.

You remove self checkout and replace it with a single cashier. Ill be doing my shopping at Marianos from now on. At least their cashiers are less robot like.
