*horrible pawn shop!! This shop lied & offered me $150, I drove 10min away to a different pawn shop & was offered $400. Worst experience at any pawn shop I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in the women that rolled her eyes while signaling me to come over had the nastiest attitude. Thats fine if she was having a bad day but she had no right to take it out on a customer that she didnt know and I was polite as always even as she continued to have an attitude. I was bringing in 2 family heirlooms (14k gold necklaces that have been in my family for decades) Ive had these 2 necklaces tested many times before at other jewelers and pawn shops and they have always tested positive as 14k and are both clearly engraved 14k. This extremely rude clerk behind the counter tried to tell me my jewelry was not 14k and that her testing kit said it was only 10k and tried to offer me $150.00 , and dont let me forget to mention one of the 14k gold necklaces had a quarter karat diamond in it!!! $150 for both of them!!! Hahahaha Long story short, because I already knew the value of my items & just wanted to see the honesty of this pawn shop, I took my items and left. I drove 10minutes down the street to a different pawn store/jewelry broker and got $400 for my same 2 necklaces. Do not trust this pawn shop. They will lie to your face and try to manipulate and trick you. Drive 10minutes from here to a pawn shop off of Wisconsin ave and get more than double your $$ & get treated with respect.

I went into the pawn shop looking for a ring for my girlfirend, I was about to leave do to the very rude guy named John he acted like i was was bothering him when I was just trying to get some service. Then he told me in a very rude tone that i will wait or i can leave and go to a pawn shop in my own neighborhood so as i started to say something back to him, Corrine came over and by being very nice and helpful i stayed she was very knowledgeable about the whole jewelry case, Helped me pick out the best ring in the case. Thank u again for all the help. F.y.I. John needs a crash course in manners and respect and humility

Horrible place. If I could give it negative stars I would. Lots of foul language, unprofessional behavior from manager and owner (who is never there btw), they sell products with roaches and their eggs in them, they also have mice, and roaches crawl across the counters. Management and employees argue regularly. Your diamonds will fall out your jewelry if you choose to buy from them. They also will curse you out and/or call the police. I would never give my money to this place. Thank God they are about to gentrify Eastover.

STORE HAS ROACHES I was in the store and while at the register a ROACH CRAWLED UP THE WALL by the register ! I pointed out the roach to the sales person and he looked at me and said "well what do you want me to do " and shrugged . Its bad enough they cheat you for the price of my item. the sales person looks on eBay overlooking normally price items and showing me the lowest price. (I already researched at home)Save your time and money go to another place. More importantly avoid purchasing items for sanitary reasons .

Top dollar always gives me the most. Theres this lovely lady there named lacreita and she always hooks me up and always has a smile on her face. Very pleasant and professional. Ive seen people give her a hard time cuz they dont like to hear their items arent worth a darn and she keeps her cool and its on to the next Customer. Even I know she wont lie to me and she always looks out. Shes the reason I go there. Top dollar got the gem!

My experience at Top Dollar was fantastic. I called twice because I couldnt find the place and the lady on the phone described the location perfectly. I got in into the store, was greeted immediately and was assisted. Stuffy, one of the owners who also assisted me was pleasant, friendly and gave me a fair deal for what I came to pawn. I will definately recommend their store and I will also stop by again to pawn other things.

I walked into this pawn shop looking for a guitar. I found one with the quick and kind help from people who worked there. Honestly, I was in a horrible mood when I went in here and I really gave the guy a harder time than necessary. I apologized and told him it wasnt personal but he understood and stayed friendly and professional the whole time. I think the amount that they loaned me for my item was fair. It is a nice pawn shop and the employees are nice and knowledgeable... I would suggest this shop to anyone.
