I traded in my 2006 Lexus GS 430 for a 2013 Lexus GS 350. Everything was good to begin with, they worked with me for my trade in. A couple weeks pass, and Im receiving letters and phone calls from the lein holder of my previous auto loan stating that my payments are way overdue and that it is making a negative impact on my credit. I call the dealership to figure out whats going on and when Wells Fargo should receive the pay off. They tell me theyll look into it and then call me back with the information. One month passes, two months pass, still no registration or plates. Fast forward 2 and a half months later, I finally get a call from AutoLinx not in reference to what I called for initially but instead they stated that they have inputted the incorrect VIN # and the DMV will not accept it and are requesting another smog test to be done. I dont live in the Vallejo area, so taking it back to The dealership for them to complete and pay for the smog was a huge inconvenience. I had to take time out of my busy schedule to take the car for a smog test. I had to pay for the service and AutoLinx had to reimburse me. About a week later, I finally receive the reimbursement and the registration. Fast forward almost another month later, still no plates. I call the dealership.... yet again to inquire. They tell me I should receive it with the registration... FALSE. I told her, they have already sent me the registration with no sticker and no plates a week ago. Representative stated, oh okay, then the plates should be behind the AutoLinx frame thats on the vehicle. FALSE. I told her I checked and there are no plates. She then proceeds to tell me, that shell send the plates in the mail or I can pick it up. This has been the most disorganized, unprofessional and time consuming business Ive ever had to deal with. Initially I was going to refer friends and family, however, after the ordeal I faced, not in a million years. Had I known this was the type of business they were running with such incompetence and disorder, I would have taken my business elsewhere. I give credit when it is due, but I also discredit when absolutely necessary. I would hate for anyone to experience what I have with this dealership. Im sure others may have had great experiences.... but if one customer can have an experience such as this, I can guarantee future customers will. Save yourself the hassle and take your business where they know what they are doing. Roxanne

Nice guys, very helpful. My only complaint was that my Lexus only had one key, which I didnt find out until they handed it to me. But I felt they did work with me on pricing and my trade-in. The manual was missing and they happily ordered one for me and mailed it to me. Also because of the plastic covering I didnt notice the car carpet was really dirty until I removed it (which wasnt easy BTW)... and when I pointed it out a few days later, they cleaned them for me and detailed the car nicely. I will definitely recommend them and when I buy another car, I will go there for sure!

No hassle from the salesperson you tell them what you want as far your monthly payment...they get it done and work with you ...I just bought my dream car Corvette within 10-20 mins ...I was on my way home driving it .......seriously folks come see them ask for Zack .....way different than a regularly dealership no pressures you going home happyyyyyy.....
