3 pictures can say 1000 words. I cannot say enough about the caring "royal" treatment I received . CARMAX made car buying FUN. I felt beginning to end that l was dealing with friends. Sally McNeil and I had already established an open, friendly relationship from my first phone call and many to follow. She could not have done more in helping me get the Buick Encore I had researched and found on CARMAX online, but because of the distance where my choice was located, Sally worked in my behalf getting all the information I needed to know (along with my own research) that before I even saw, I already knew the car very well and was confident this was MY CAR. Seeing my choice in person today (pre-commitment) it was MORE than I expected, I was super excited. The CARMAX dealership in Lynnwood Washington is new, very welcoming and beautifully designed. Finally, let me comment on the volume of vehicles on the lot. Immense! This was a completely new type of car buying approach. Making it happen seamlessly, I give credit to my "personal saleswoman" Sally McNeil, the CARMAX dealership and all the people involved in my purchase. If I could I would give 10 stars because beginning to end I was treated like a 10. Based on my own exciting and fun experience today, I highly recommend seriously looking to CARMAX to find your perfect car.

The associate who helped me with an appraisal here was quite clueless on company policies and procedures. She was unable to answer any of my questions along the way. The technician who performed the appraisal made multiple mistakes on the report, which demonstrated a lack of ethics and thoroughness. Ultimately, I sold my vehicle to a different dealership for 167% of the offer from this Carmax. The offer I received was a complete joke and the customer service was among the worst I have ever received. The entire process of locating another buyer and selling me car for $4,000 over the Carmax offer was EASIER than just getting my car appraised. I will NEVER recommend Carmax to another living soul. Absolutely horrible business theyre running here.

Kind of bad experience. We were told what we needed to have brought with us after getting preapproved. Came back a week later to pay for the car and we were given the wrong information. Made the process 2-3 times longer. Wouldnt be so irritated if I was able to have had a babysitter for my kids. Trying to jump through hoops and keep them from running a ruckus was defiantly challenging. Not sure if I would come back to buy another car.

This dealership was excellent! Max Delacruz went above and beyond in helping me find my new car. He listened and answered all my questions while comparing other vehicles on the lot. Also provided me great feedback on financing and extended coverage which I was not aware about. I highly recommend him at the Lynwood location! Thanks Max, I love my new car.

Clean facility but its new do not try to sell a car here offers are way under fair wholesale. I realize they are a business and need to make money but wow!!! So do not bother to sell here! Appraiser had no clue and was factually incorrect. I will tell anyone who asks how bad my experience was there.

We purchased our car from CarMax Lynnwood yesterday. My mother recommended we use CarMax, and now I see why. We were able to dispose of our old car and get a new (used) vehicle with 0 stress. My wife and I will be back for our next car! Highest recommendation!

These people are wonderful. I drove 6 hours to this dealer and they filled my tank on both cars, gave me a great deal on my car, they were friendly and not pushy. They even called me the next day to make sure we made it home safe.

Dont plan on anything timely. Setting an appointment doesnt seem to mean anything. Empty dealership and still have to wait 20 minutes just to talk to somebody. And left dirty finger prints on the inside of my car.
