We live in Branson West, Missouri (Literally out in the sticks, in the middle of the Ozark Mountains) and dealing with Dave at RPM was a like having all the big city benefits and professionalism combined with country honesty and integrity. The price set for my vehicle was fair and unlike other companies, did not change as the transaction proceeded. There were not any "hidden cost" or undisclosed fees...everything was exactly as promised...out front...and in the open. I was not pressured nor pushed into a decision, the whole process was explained to me completely and thoroughly and the actual transaction followed exactly as promised. I had tried selling my vehicle myself with an online ad and all I got was lookers, talkers and people wanting something for nothing...a huge waste of time and effort (not to mention money) and a huge risk. One e-mail to RPM and without much effort at all the check was in the bank within days - JUST AS PROMISED! It is rare to find a company who will do what they promise, as promised, when promised and without making you feel taken advantage of. Truly this ranks as one of the most pleasurable business experiences I have ever had. Hats off to a company doing business honestly and with compassion.

David Kurko from RMP Auto is great to deal with. He gave me a fair price for my 2007 F-150. No need to deal with putting up ads and showing the truck to people with no funds. The other guys are not worth looking at (except carmax). The escrow service he uses is an easy no hassle system (it protects both sides of the transaction). David explains all the details of the transaction and leaves nothing a mystery. The price he offers is the price you get at the end, no hidden fees. I would deal with him again and recommend his business to my friends also.

My contacting RPM was part of liquidating an estate; they were helpful, supportive and went out of their way to make the process simple and convenient to me. I didnt feel pressured or bullied as I had with one of RPMs competitors. As I told him in an email, I find it difficult to be trusting of business done over the net and phone but RPM was making me a believer... so much so, maybe I was wrong about the Easter Bunny. You may find other avenues that get you a higher price; but you wont find a better one that makes it simple and fair.
