Btw, Id rate this place NEGATIVE stars I was able to. My husband and I bought a 2005 Dodge Neon SRT4 from this dealership... granted, they stayed open 2 hours late in order for us to be able to make it there, but it was the worst decision of our lives. Not even a week after having the car, we were pulling into a parking lot and our wheel literally fell off. We spent money replacing the whole hub assembly, paying someone to install it correctly, and we also had to pay for a tow truck. Import Auto Sales told us theyd reimburse us because we threatened to get a lawyer... so far though, they wont answer or return our phone calls, and its getting pretty old. The guy that fixed the car said the only way that the wheel couldve fell off is if they hadnt done ANY safety inspection before selling the car... and its true, they obviously didnt. Now our cars check engine light is on, the cv joints need to be replaced, the O2 sensor doesnt work, and a plug in the engine keeps coming undone causing the car to die randomly... we havent even had it 2 weeks yet. Were returning this pos tomorrow. Stay far, far away... these are shady little jerks.

Five Stars Dealership! Highly Recommended! I bought my car in Quality Motors last May 2011. After about 4 months of scouring thru advertisements, plying Hway 99 hopping in and out of buses, and walking-in to so many dealers, I checked on Quality Motors and without any reservation money, I just expressed my sincere interest in buying, and they reserved the car that I wanted. The very next day after my first visit, there was someone who has the money on the spot who like to buy the car that I reserved, but the owner did not sell the car because of our verbal agreement. He called me that day to re-affirm our agreement and explaining that there is someone interested in the car too. After 2 days from my first visit, I checked the car again and closed the deal. The owner and his staff are so helpful and very accommodating. They gave me a best deal and helped correct my request and concern with the car. This dealer is deserve a five-stars and is very recommended!

First and foremost, these are the creepiest salesman I have ever been in contact with. They made me feel very uncomfortable. The "in house financing" has ridiculous interest rates which Im pretty sure are illegal. The cars are all salvaged, but they try to pass them off as street legal. I would never recommend this car lot to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It is obvious to me that the other reviews are written by the people who work there, I know Ahmed and Osamah both work there for sure so that by its self is dishonest, or deranged people who have no concept of reality. The cars are garbage and so are the people. Dont waste your time and money. Id give it negative stars if possible too.

I love Quality Motors! The new owners are extremely nice & respectful. They made me feel comfortable & like family. They are extremely honest, helpful, & reliable. They worked with me until we could find something that suited my every need & they stayed loyal even after my purchase. I know that I can always call them regarding any concerns and questions I may have and they always do their best to help. I recommend them to everyone looking to get a car! the pricing is excellent. the choices are nice. the " owner " a man of his word. a rare find. my budget was limited and i am extremely satisfied with my vehicle. they have quality and fixers. i choose a fixer with a two payment layaway and a small deposit to secure my choice. yea!
