*******Leaders in terrible customer service******** I have reached out to a few different people in regards to the following issues that Lynnwood Honda caused, but Ive still had no response. I have a 2014 CRV that I leased on 05/04/2014. When I leased my car, I also purchased an optional Prepaid Maintenance Packet with a 36 month term and $299 cost. I was told that I could bring my car in any Honda Service location for maintenance until the end of the 36 months, as needed and free of charge. When the "Maintenance Required" light came up on 11/21/15, I made a service appointment. However, due to the Airbag Inflator recalls and the Lynnwood service department’s busy schedule, the earliest available appointment date was on 12/26/15, leaving me unable to drive my car for more than a month. I contacted a Honda Customer Service representative through Honda Chat Now and I was once again told that I could bring my car in any Honda Service for maintenance, free of charge. With that information in hand. I made an another appointment with Kirkland Honda on 12/02/2015. However, once I arrived for my appointment, a service associate informed me that I would have to pay for the service. I did not leave my car for service that that day. When I came home, I double-checked my paper work from the day I leased my car and sent an email to Kirkland Honda to request clarification of the Optional Maintenance coverage. Brian Slish was very quick to respond my question, and in his response he clarified that the package they sold me is only good for service at Lynnwood Honda. However, according to the manager Brian Slish spoke with, I could contact Lynnwood Honda’s finance department and obtain a full refund if I wanted to have my service performed elsewhere. Thus I made another service appointment at Kirkland Honda and the total cost was $156.78 for the service provided on 12/08/15. 1/24/2016, when I went Lynnwood Honda to obtain my refund, a service associate declined my refund request. Even though I showed written communication between Brian Slish and myself. I was accused of being a liar - he claimed that I was lying about being given more than a month delayed appointment dated and that the email from Brian was falsified. After much discussion. this associate told me that the Prepaid Maintenance Packet only covered 3 appointments, two of which I already used, and that I had only $80 left in that the value of the packet and they would only refund that if I signed some paperwork, which I refused. Lynwood Honda sold me a service that they won’t provide - or they misrepresented the service coverage to make the sale. I was also accused of being a liar in front of many other customers. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I am strongly considering ceasing all business with Honda, and sharing my experience with my friends and family.

My experience at Lynnwood Honda has completely turned me off from car buying. They seem to assume that because youre a younger woman with little car buying experience, that you must be a complete idiot. Chatted with one salesperson over the phone, and we agree to meet at a specific time. Not only was she extremely late for the appointment, but she didnt remember who I was. I didnt want to wait around all day for someone who clearly didnt want to help me, so I was placed with a salesman named Mark Baker. The car I was looking at was actually listed at a fair KBB price, unlike the rest of their cars, so I decided that I wanted to take a look. Mark seemed nice enough initially, talking about the cars unimportant features like interior mats and snow tires. We start to run into a problem, however, when I noticed that one of the tail lights had about 3 inches of water pooled in it. He tried to give me some BS about how condensation builds up blah blah blah. He did finally admit that theres a giant crack in the plastic (obviously) and that if we wanted to have the water gone, we would have to do it ourselves. Wow, you sure are driving a hard bargain! He pretty much flat out told me that they wouldnt replace this faulty part, because the car was "a good deal". I really wanted to give the car a chance, so we began to look inside. Mark turned on the ignition, and lo and behold, the check engine light came on! I asked him about this, and he gave me another slimy excuse about some gas cap not being on all the way, but that the service center would "take a look". Every question I asked about the car, he would either flat out ignore or rebuff in some smart ass way. Id ask why the car seemed to be lurching and accelerating weirdly, and hed talk about the scenery outside. Id ask why the engine was making a strange noise, hed say "Im not a mechanic so I dont know". I asked how to turn on the radio, he says "I cant figure it out, more power to you if you can". Really sounds like you want to sell me a car, buddy. Im so sorry that Im wasting your time by trying to give you business. The entire time I looked at this car, I was treated disrespectfully and I felt like I was given one bullshit answer after another. Obviously, we decided against buying the car. When we told Mark this, he tried to argue and insinuate that we were cheap because we expected to pay a reasonable price for a car thats not going to fall apart in two months. Did he ask if we were interested in the more expensive but better versions of the car we were looking at? No. He seemed to assume that we were too poor to be worth his time. Thats ok, Lynnwood Honda isnt worth my time, either. TL;DR: Deplorable sales people, shitty overpriced cars.

Ive had my honda for 6 years and Ive dealt with Lynwood Honda quite a few times and each time it only gets worse. Even though I love the quality of Honda, their customer service is something to be desired. 2 years ago I had to have my transmission changed,they needed the car for a day to do the work and they wouldnt give me a loaner car, they wanted me to pay, are you kidding me? I am paying 3K to get work done and you want me to pay for a loaner car to make it to work? Finally after talking to the manager they got me a ford focus from Enterprise. I was told they dont give Honda loaner cars to people. Great. This is how you take care of your customer? I get fliers to get my oil change. First of all they do not have flexible appointments and their saturday appointments are always full. Everytime Ive called, they either have an appointment in the middle of the day or if I want to have an appointment after my work, I have to wait a month to get int. for gods sake, oil changes should be a fast thing. My husband has a Mazda and he has never made an appointment, its usually just a lunch time errand for him! Anyway, last time I made an appointment and I take off early from work and show up, only they scheduled me for the wrong day and I was accused of getting it mixed up! Reallly? Absolutely not. Again after requesting to talk to the manager they decided to "fit me in" I was told to wait in the lobby however they didnt tell me, its going to take 2 hours....2 hours later I was out of there promising myself to never go back. Today I go in because my rear mirror is broken and my brother ordered me one from Honda online, only its the wrong one. I walk in and the guy sitting behind the service desk doesnt even look at what I have in hand and says to go over to "parts" while he contiues chatting on the phone. Clearly not a business conversation. Anyway they would not take it back without a receipt (even though its in the Honda box they came in) and wanted me to buy a new one for 50 dollars and then charge another 50 to put it in. I just want to get a new mirror so I could sell the car. Its funny how their sales men jump on you when you walk in to the lot but when its time to serve you, they dont respect or appreciate you, especially if youre a woman like me who looks younger than her age. Not a big of respect. Everytime Ive walked into this dealership I was talked to as if I was some 16 year old with a honda.... DO NOT Give them your business. They dont deserve it.
