First, I did NOT buy the car here. This is for the sales attempt experience only. I walked in, wanted to test drive a car. Cash buyer so didnt need a whole pitch just wanted to test drive. James Grubb helped us and went on test drive. It was good, he was very informative and extremely patient with my 4 children who were test driving with me. Obviously I had all of them, how the hex else would I know if this car would work for my daily life? Well the good thing was that he was nice and informative and above all professional. Now comes the WTH. I speak to him a couple days later and tell him we wanted to speak of price, I live in Olympia so I didnt want to waste my time and as a cash buyer I did not need to come in to speak price since I was not requesting financing. Simple right, no. James asked us to come in because he can make the numbers work if we were there but that they really would do try this. Now, I make it a custom to NOT mention a competitor in any review because it is not very ethical but for purposes of comparison to justify my horrifying and humiliating experience at Infiniti of Tacoma, I am braking my rule this once. Kuni Westside Infiniti in Lynnwood had the same vehicle $700 less and offered us $500 off the price just for coming in before even negotiating as we would be driving hours to get there. Pretty cool since that was more than a bit considerate. This is $1200 less than Infiniti of Tacoma for the same vehicle. We of course shopped it to Infiniti of Tacoma and the manger, Mike Anderson said he would not only match them but beat anything they throw at us but we needed to come in. When we arrive the Mike is not there. Then, he shows up late. He charges out of the building, as we were outside with the kid. He already had this look on his face like he want going to waste his time with us. He wasnt to negotiating, he sternly demanded the price listed online for the car (which was $1200 over then Kunis price). Now, his demeanor was not only rude and pushy, but very disrespectful as he actually raised his voice at my husband when he came charging out. I felt a little demeaned here and NOT valued as a potential customer at all. We hadnt even started negotiating yet, or even began to speak to him and he already unpleasantly elevated this conversation to an uncomfortable level. That was NO way to talk to a customer, specially when outside in public in a luxury car sales dealership with their 4 children present. There was NO professionalism at all! They lied. They did not treat us like a valued customer, their whole thing there. Did NOT match anyones price let alone "beating it" as he promised the day before. Wouldnt even consider the TMV, as MSRP is what it says, "suggested" retail price NOT TMV (True Market Value). And literally was so offensive the way he charged outside with his veins popping out of his head basically shooing us off his lot. As he put it, "No one out there will consider your offer," "we have the best price!" Well, no you dont, but that was known from the beginning and you are WRONG. Its the audacity to have us travel to this dealership and be treated with such disrespect and animosity for what? I just kept asking myself what the hex was that all about? They were WRONG. We went to Kunis Westside in Lynnwood. We DID buy the car. :) We had a freeking VIP treatment from the first phone call, to the negotiating prior to traveling there which the manager was happy and very considerate to do prior to arriving since he knew we were traveling a ways with children, and not only beat it, but beat their own price and made made us feel like truly valued being there and that our business was appreciated! I just couldnt believe the difference in dealers out there selling the same damn vehicles! It was insane! Mistreated in one dealer then walk into another one and treated like royalty. Well, must be the difference in owners and their decisions in adequate selection of their management. Always shop around people!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. I took my 2006 G35x in for service because I had the radiator recently replaced and I kept getting a gurgling sound and a tiny amount of antifreeze that was leaking on the garage floor. Infiniti of Tacoma bled the system ran a pressure test and noticed an overflow hose was loose so they put a zip tie on the hose to fix the problem. Im not a mechanic so just assumed that a dealership would not go cheap but now looking back at it...Why would you ever use a zip tie in your engine? A week later I was having the same gurgling and leaking issues so I took it back in and they checked for hydro-carbons and none were found. They bled the system again. I was still having the same issues a few weeks later so I again took it back in. They again checked for hydro-carbons and this time they got a positive reading. Infiniti of Tacoma said I had a blown head gasket and recommended spending $7000 to put another engine in that had 96,000 miles on it. Their other option was to trade my car in for $6000 (half of the current value without any engine issues). I took a couple weeks to car shop and just prior to pulling the trigger with another dealership I decided to take my car up to Pacific Rim Automotive in Seattle for a second opinion. They performed a leak down test and pressure test and both were negative. They fixed a leaking hose (where Infiniti put a zip tie) and bled the system. They tested for hydro-carbons and that test was also negative. I have now had the car and it has been running just fine over the past month. I understand that mistakes happen. I have asked Infiniti of Tacoma to refund me some of the costs for the bad tests and it took 3 weeks for them to get back to me and say tough luck. I know that I am overpaying at the dealership but I used to think it was because I was getting top notch service. This is just not the case with Infiniti of Tacoma. Their "service" nearly cost me $7000 and they wont refund me $600 for the misdiagnoses. Stay away from this dealership!!!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received here. In 2015 we bought a used, 2014 Infinity QX80 from this dealership. Last year (2016) about 18 months after our purchase the paint on the rear bumper began to bubble up and peel off. I took it to our local Infinity dealer here in Colorado and they said it must have been after market work because the factory paint wouldnt do that. I contacted the sales manager, Brett, at Infinity of Tacoma and he asked me to send photos. I did so and then followed up with another call when I didnt hear back for several weeks. Ironically, each time I called, Brett was not available to take my call and never returned any of my calls even though I left him voicemails each time. I finally resorted to calling the General Manager, Mark, left him a voicemail as well and, once again, my call was never returned. Its going to cost us about $700 to have the bumper sanded and repainted. Our assumption is that they dont want to stand behind the vehicle they sold us because they didnt know that body work had been done on it when they sold it to us (they bought the car from a dealer in another state). In my mind that kind of stinks. For a few hundred bucks they could pay for the bumper and have customers singing their praises.... but I understand that theres a little bit of grey area with used cars. At least be professional and courteous enough to call your customer back and tell them youre not going to do anything for them. Repeatedly ignoring my phone calls and choosing to not talk to me is not only unprofessional but immature and just downright rude. This customer service experience was very shocking to me because we have always received excellent service from our local Mike Ward Infinity here in Colorado. Grown men should be able to pick up the phone and call me back, even when the news they bring is not necessarily the result I was hoping for. Truly disappointing customer service!
