This is the worst jewlery store that I have ever dealt with! My mothers fiancé bought her an emerald cut diamond ring and unfortunately he passed away.. So my mom brought it back to them since that is where he purchased this diamond. The lady took a look at the diamond and she had another lady out back take a look as well and they came out and stated they will give her $2,000.00!! My mothers fiancé paid $5500.00 8 years ago for this! So obviously my mom was shocked when the associate gave her that figure!! We left the store with the diamond as my mom wouldnt take only $2,000.00! We understand that it would depreciate a little bit but not that much!! So my mom went back in 2 weeks later and spoke to the owner to get an explanation as to why they were only offering to give her $2,000.00. The owner couldnt even look my Mom in the eye.. He was looking everywhere else.. Making up excuses telling her she should just keep the ring since he passed away or maybe give it to her daughter as an heirloom! My mom explained she didnt want the ring as it saddens her and she would just like the money instead. The owner said he has no use for that ring! He said he barely sells emerald cut so it serves no purpose there!! He called over the associate that my mom spoke to 2 weeks prior just to confirm that conversation happened. And then told my mom if she comes back with all the original paper work that he will give her $2,000.00. But if no paperwork then he wouldnt buy it back!! He also threw in that the guy who appraised her ring for $2,000.00 is away and then he repeated that he was away and is leaving soon indefinitely! So he basically just said that to my mom just to get her out of there!! How can a business SELL that style ring and when it is brought back make up excuses and find reasons NOT to buy it back!!! Not to mention cant even look a customer in the eye!! This is just 1 of my horrible experiences with Romms!! I know plenty of other people that have bad experiences as well!! I would NEVER refer anyone to this rip off business and I am SHOCKED they have been in business for so long!!

Romms has the worst jewelry service bar none. My husband bought me the initial necklace for Mothers day last year, the chain should have been 18in and he was assured it would be delivered on time. I not only received it well after Mothers day, the chain was 30in. Another couple of weeks it came and yes it was not 18in and as a result I never wear it! I brought a charm bracelet with charms to be put on. I lost 1 as a result of 3 of the charms never being soldered and again a lengthy wait. I took my weddings rings to be cleaned on 3/24 and they suggested that I have them soldered together, they assured me I would have them by 3/26 and here it is 3/29 and no rings. On the upside I highly recommend Bridgewater jewelers the prices are amazing and the repair is sometimes same day or a day or 2

Id give Romm Diamonds 6 or 7 stars if that was an option. Stellar experience!!! I worked with Deb who helped me every step of the way to design my dream wedding set upgrade. She gladly had Cad renderings and wax replicas made until it was perfect and she was totally patient through my indecision. The cherry on top and what will make me a Romm custom for life is that when the ring was finished, I changed my mind again. They took the ring back and totally redid it at no extra cost. This is a company that goes the extra mile for their clientele. I cannot say enough about their exquisite quality stones and prompt service at an extremely fair price. I now have my dream wedding set. THANK YOU, Romm Diamonds for making this dream come true!

Romm Diamonds is by far the fairest, most generous, most professional , most reliable and most honest Jewelry store I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Romm Diamonds to anyone. Prior to going there my first time, I always heard great things from friends and neighbors that swore by them. My personal experiences since then, have been far superior to any other jewelry store I have ever dealt with. The owners Dean and Deb truly care about their customers and the employees are pleasant, inviting and extremely helpful and every time i walk in, I am greeted. What better service could you ask for? I shopped several stores including those in Braintree Mall. No other store had the quality of diamonds that I found a Romm Diamonds. They are also one of the only Hearts On FIre stores in Boston. I saved $1200 off a one carat diamond at one of the national chains. These guys know what they are doing and theyve been around over 100 years! Awesome!
