Purchase diamond earrings for my mother 2 years ago; I was very happy with service and product so I returned recently to get my wedding band. The sales person was more inclined to head home than tend to my needs... she was aware of my urgent situation but never called up as she promised she would with prices and availiabilty of the wedding band. For every question i asked she had to run inside and talk to the gold buyer inside and she never did that willingly... there was negative energy (frown/signs of tiredness) It was the holiday season and maybe she was tired and had a long day... but the store was open till 6pm and i coudl get there only after work 5pm. Inshort they never returned calls as they said they would... at one point she almost convinced me that i wanted another ring !!! :) Well... i ended up getting my band from Longs across the NS Mall. If you are looking for silver products I would reccomend Silversmith Village in NS Mall.... its fantastic!

I walked in to DeScenza diamonds one night after work to look for an engagement ring. I was greeted by Michael Molloy and was instantly impressed by his professionalism and the courtesy of all other staff. We discussed style of settings I had in mind and narrowed it down to two different settings. He took the time to show me all the different information about diamonds and educate me on what I was looking at. We then went over several different stones and he helped me narrow it down to 3 from which I made the final decision. He guaranteed me the ring would be ready for me to pick up by the following Friday and further exceeded my expectations by having it done by Thursday. I ended up with the perfect ring and I cant thank DeScenza enough for the their help. I highly recommend anyone looking for jewelry of any kind to head over to DeScenza and experience the same great customer service that I did!

I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend from the Peabody store. I worked with Jennifer who spent about 2 hours teaching me about diamond quality and helping me find the perfect setting. She remembered me a month later after I shopped around, and again worked with me to close the sale. The ring is beautiful, and was appraised at just under double what I paid. Im very happy, and Descenza will definitely be on my short list of jewelery stores I trust.
