Excellent store with excellent service. I recently had a relative pass away, after receiving my part of the inheritance I was overwhelmed, and had no clue about what to do with what I had... Well aside the cash portion. A friend recommended me to a man named Vardan, who happened to work for Crown Pawn, so I went there not knowing what to expect. Ive seen the TV shows, and seen how ratty they look in movies, along with some guy looking to rip me off. Much to my surprise and delight, I could not have been more wrong! I took my list to Vardan, he told me what I could bring by the shop, and what assets I could capitalize my profit on through other channels. All in all we did business for my Rolex, Tag, some miscellaneous gold/platinum jewelry, a few TVs, and a big collection of Sony Sonos speakers. I kept the Patek though! Vardan walked me through the metal testing procedures, how everything worked, and what to look for in the future when diamond buying. With the places I travel, its impractical to wear anything too grandiose, and with travel laws regarding guns, theyre nothing Id like to keep, especially with the responsibility of storing them properly. As far as those went, he recommended me to his Lake Worth location, or Davie locations. I wound up going to Davie near the storage unit, and Mike helped me get everything squared away properly. Even going so far as to recommend Pawning the one Glock, and the Patek I wanted to keep at a minimum to ensure the gun is out of my possession and both are insured during my travels. Anyway all-in-all, after shopping around, I took my things back to Vardan, and got everything squared away. I walked with more than enough to make my year max IRA contribution, HSA contribution, with enough left over to take my small vacation to D.C.! Great advice and great service between the Boca and Davie locations! Vardan and Mike know their stuff. Thanks for helping me sort through all the crap, and making it into real money guys!

I had a terrible experience with another pawn shop offering me &40 dollars for my merchandise and then yelling that I was stupid when I left. I took the same stuff to Crown and asked for $100 and because it was to low he gave me $150 instead! That is caring about your customers and winning a loyal customer for life. The shop I first went to was Pawn and Jewelry Place - Delray Beach. Stay far away from those thieves. Crown will treat you more than fair!

Vardan helped me tremendously. Very polite, very fair, and I even researched this place before coming here and was surprised that everything held up just like I read online. Will always refer and return if needed, to crown pawn. Gave me the best deal on motorcycle loan, and every other shop I checked wanted to double my interest, so I went with Crown pawn. By far the most best, affordable and cleanest pawn shop I have been to. An associate by the name of Vardan provided very great customer service and acknowledged everyone in the store although the store was busy. He also gave me an excellent deal on what I came to buy!
