I put a handlebar extender on my bike which led to too much "play" in the stem tube. Trying to fix the problem myself became increasingly frustrating. I rode to the Havertown Bicycle Shop to see if they were able to fix the problem. After waiting for 5 minutes as there were numerous customers in the shop, Jon immediately came out onto the floor and began to work on my bike. 20 minutes later he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed at a ridiculously low price. Normally I go to Bike Line but I thought I would try someone local. Im glad I did!

My daughter needed her bike tuned up (with a few minor repairs) and readied for college. Jon took care of all of her needs! He outfitted her bike with reflectors, lights, a bell, a basket, locks, and fitted her for a helmet. He taught her how to use all of this equipment and made recommendations for how she can prevent her bike and accessories from getting stolen. He knows everything about bikes!!! How nice to get such friendly, personal, customized service!!
