Larry and crew are very helpful. I was looking to upgrade from a 26" older gt idrive and was unsure of the 27.5 vs 29 debate the salesmen described the differences and explained it better than I could find online. My wife and I travelled 2 hrs to come to action wheels. I bought a bike and had scheduling issues getting out to pick it up. Larry worked with me to grab it shortly before they closed and didnt leave out any details just because the time was getting short. He even was nice enough to recommend a local brew pub for my wife and I to go to dinner. My bike was great and at a great price! The customer service I was provided by Larry will make me look here the next time I need a bike regardless of the 2hr trek. Thanks Larry!
