Slow service to start. Staff member said my script would be ready in one hour when I called, but when I get there Im told they just now received the fax from the doctor. Turns out they were looking at the wrong customer and my prescription was ready. That silly mistake cost me 2 hours that evening. I went a second time and again ran into problems. The script was dropped off personally this time, so I knew when it got there. I was told it would be ready in an hour, but as Im driving to go pick up I get a call that they cannot fill the prescription. I went back a few days later to pick up the written paper prescription, and it was returned to be with little notes and stained with coffee...careless staff, disrespectful to an extent, and I probably wont be going back.
