I have been looking at bikes online throughout the winter and now that its starting to warm up a little I went into motorsports to check a few out in person. when I got there I walked around for a few minutes checking out their great selection of bikes. I was then approached by Craig and I explained to him what I was looking for. Craig pointed me to the Yamaha FZ07. This bike was super comfortable but it was a little to small for my interest so Craig had me sit on the FZ09. I immediately knew that this is the type of bike I was looking for but I didnt know a lot about the bike. I asked a few questions and Craig had an answer and then some for me, he knew this bike like he owned one; breaking the bike down from top to bottom. When we were done talking about the bike we got into the finance aspect of everything but I was not pressured at all. About 10 minutes later I was introduced Jeremy, the General Manager. Jeremy and I talked a little more about finances but he needed the night to hear back from the bank so unfortunately he did not have any hard number to show me but he know I was very interested in the bike so he asked for a deposit to hold it over night. I asked him if it was alright that I wait on the deposit until I had the hard number and he helped me out by holding the bike without the deposit. once again I wasnt pressured at all, these guys are very understanding and easy to get along with. The next morning I got the call from Craig with all my numbers and their rates were surprisingly a little cheaper than my banks rates but of course I had some finance question so he forwarded me on to Jeremy. Jeremy and I talked for a little while, then Jeremy again asked if I wanted to put a deposit down to hold the bike but once again I asked if I hold on the deposit and if I could just come down the next day to purchase the bike. I understood Jeremys hesitation on not wanting to hold the bike without the deposit because if someone else wanted the bike and had the cash its hard to say no when all you have is someone word (cash is kind right?) but Jeremy worked with me. The next afternoon I showed up when I told him I was going to be there and purchased my 2015 Yamaha FZ09. While filling out the paperwork I had a few more questions about the bike and Jeremy took the time to break the bike down for me. After all the finance paperwork I wanted to change a few things on the bike (Shorty levers and an under tail kit) so I went over to the service center where I once again had all my questions answered. Overall I am very satisfied with everyone I worked with to purchase my new bike at Motorsports International and I would highly recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a new or used bike.

I am writing this review to let people know of the entire experience I had @ Motorsports in Auburn. I walked in one day to just look at bikes. Thats when I met Craig. He was personable and not pushy which instantly I liked because theres nothing worse than a car salesman. LOL He asked me pertinent questions that were related to finding me a bike that fits my needs and my size. I wasnt planning on purchasing one that day but after Craig and new General Manager Jeremy offered me a deal I couldnt refuse on a brand new 2012 leftover Sabre, I bought it. I sat with Jeremy throughout the entire process and all I can say is he was awesome. It didnt feel like your normal auto transaction. He took care of us completely and I left happy as can be. For two reasons. One, I got a sweet new bike and two, these guys treated me very good, along with my wife. I have been back for service since and Jeremy and Craig made it a point to come say Hello. Things like this dont happen nowadays and in my mind they shouldnt go unnoticed. I give them 5 stars due to them being able to help and take care of you from the second you walk in the door all the way through the service of your bike. I will definitely go back and buy my next sweet ride there. THANKS GUYS!!!

I am a new rider and I had been told by other experienced riders to go inti your store, try stuff on and order online. I feel this is short sighted and thought I would give customer service the chance to show me what they had. Chris approached me once, was courteous, offered advice and when he realized I wasnt quite sure what I wanted to do yet he left me alone, however was always within 20 feet. Not watching me, but waiting until I was ready for him. He then spent 45 minutes with me showing me everything I asked about and even after I checked out and realized we had overlooked a pair of riding gloves, he was as welcoming as ever when I returned in five minutes to scour the store again I ended up leaving with a helmet, jacket, shoes and gloves and you can most definitely thank his service for those purchases. Great job Chris! Eric in sales was also very patient with me, I shopped for ny first bike over the course of three years and he always provided guidance that best suited my interests and my wallet. Its what kept me coming back and finally ended with me purchaseing my bike with your outfit in January 2017. Thanks a bunch, Eric!

Ive given them a few chances but am yet to have a good experiance with Motorsports. Sales dept were friendly but overpriced the bikes and were unwilling to negotiate. I endup up buying a bike elsewhere. Parts department was also very over priced. But my biggest problem was when I tried to get an inspection sticker. Their website says service is open to 6:00. I get out of work at 5 and get to their shop at 5:35 and was told they stop doing inspections at 5:30. There were 4 people standing around the service department completely unwilling to help me. Then I was told about 5 different excuses why they couldnt do the sticker. None of which were true . . best of which was "The Machine is off" Im a state inspector for cars and use the same machine it takes about 1 minute to turn on. Ended up leaving with no inspection sticker and will never go back. This shop is 5 miles from my house but ill drive the extra distance to Performance in shrewsbury since they have always treated me well. Just my experiance take it as you wish

I took my bike in for a recall at the end of last season (Fall, 2014) and requested they check my transmission on a relatively new GSX-R 750, still under warranty. After a few back-and-forths, and some dropped communication (Mostly due to new management in the service department at the time) I gave up for the season and stored my bike. A few weeks ago I spoke with the General Manager, Jeremy Wentworth, and explained my situation. Without any hesitation or further questions, he took me straight to the service department and had everything scheduled, free of charge. The two gentlemen I dealt with in service were very nice and helpful, though I cant recall their names at this time. My bike shifts great now after a warranty covered clutch adjustment. I highly recommend Motorsports, and if you ever have a bad experience, speak with Jeremy and Im sure hell try his damnedest to make everything right.
