Just this week, my bike needed new tires, and the chain and sprockets were looking pretty bad too. Because I was getting a bunch of work done all at once, the service department was able to cut some time out of the tasks and save me money. When I got back on it, I knew I had made the right choice in bringing it to CMPS. Before I went in, I had a sticky kickstand. Obviously when they were moving it around the shop they noticed it and wouldnt stand for it, so they lubed it. My clutch works easier now too. It seems like they gave the whole bike a look over and fixed a bunch of little things for free. I really feel like I got a lot more than I paid for. Its like a new bike. But they didnt mess with my brake or clutch adjustments, they left all my ergos just as I had them and still managed to get everything working great again. Im incredibly pleased and will no longer be changing my oil myself. Ive only had great customer experiences in this store, and theyre the reason Im getting back into motorcycling now. Central Mass Powersports is where you want to buy your bike, and get it serviced. Even if youre a cheapskate like me, its better and safer to have a machine that runs well dependably, and youll probably save money and be happier in the long run if you get it from the pros. This is the third time in several years I have checked with them to see if they have a part in stock, drove 30 plus miles then to be told they do not have it in stock. This was a simple item in this case a battery for a fairly new Honda motorcycle. The same has happened with special ordered parts. Not impressed. This time they said their inventory management system showed two in stock, but that they were having "some problems" with their inventory. Also the price for the same items was $191 versus $130 on Amazon. That is too much of a price spread for something they dont have. Unfortunately my two closest Honda dealers are a real disappointment. Still love the brand but the dealer support does not reflect their quality of the product. Follow up. Shortly after this review was posted I received a call from the manager at the store, Gary. He checked on my battery purchased and said it was still under warranty. Within a week I had a new battery. Not sure if the review had anything to do with it, but certainly better service than I have ever experienced there, and really appreciated. Saved me the cost of yet another new battery. Thanks. Have upgraded the rating to 3 stars for dealing with a customer problem.

Service department went above and beyond to complete the rebuild of my front forks for my 2002 Honda Valkyrie. My Valkyrie has just over 78,800 miles and has been meticulously maintained. As a former Certified Rolls-Royce and Porsche technician I normally do all my own work but did not have the tools needed to properly complete the rebuild. After researching online I searched out Central Mass Power Sports. Pictures of their shop helped convince me to drive the 50 miles each way to drop off the forks. Todd in service did a great job of assuring me my excellent condition forks would get the "white glove" treament. True to his word and a short turn around time I got my forks back looking as good as when I dropped them off (and not leaking!). Woke up at 5:00am this morning, put the forks back on my Valkyrie, took the wife for a 250 mile test ride to New Hampshire and back. Perfect! Who ever the technician is GREAT job on the rebuild. Master of your craft. You can bet next time I need anything for my Valkyrie it will be with Central Mass Power Sports. Thank you for a job well done.

I had bought a bike last year, I went into central mass power sports to see about getting it overhauled, tires, brakes, fluid flushes, and have 4-way flashers installed. I spoke to Joesph in the service department, he spent quite a lot of time with me going over my whole list, pricing each thing I wanted done to my bike. He gave me a quote and said that it would be within 10% plus or minus. And I must say that his qoute came in spot on. In summary I will HIGHLY RECOMMED CMPS for ANYTHING that you need done to your bike. The entire staff in the service department is beyond professional and knowledgeable about what they do there. I have gotten my bike back and it is like brand new. The best part is that they offer a pick up and delivery service, and they will work with you on anything. I will say CMPS is the place that I will go for everything to do with my bike from now on. THANK YOU ALL AT CMPS FOR THE OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!!

Awesome service, all around!! just received my learners permit and was in the market for a start up bike. I reached out to CMS. Alan, my sales rep replied showing me a 2013 honda pcx150. We discussed the bike payments etc for a few days. Finally I stopped in Saturday. I was greeted very pleasantly by Alan, he took me right to the bike went over everything there is to know about the bike. He was extremely friendly, everyone actually was! After we went over everything he sent me over to Gary for payment, ref, title etc. Went extremely smoothly he was awesome as well! Gave me everything needed to get it insured and registered quickly! Next went over to will from parts, he was beyond knowledgeable on everything! He helped me pick out a great helmet and gloves to start with! Also got a impressive discount on them! I highly recommend, you not be disappointed with the extremely high level of positive service here. Not once did they make me feel pressured

PROFESSIONAL. Truly a great experience start to finish. I was lucky enough to deal with Dave and Jennifer on my recent purchase of a snowmobile. All the staff is friendly and did everything to make my purcahse easy and smooth. Dave honestly provided me with the most respect and professionalism I have ever experienced in a buying environment. I WILL be back for future purchases without a doubt. To the complainers below: they are running a real local business, with rent, heat, and overhead costs. To compare their prices to giants like wal-mart and amazon is laughable at best. Support small business because when you need the they will be there.

A lot of hard work went into making my deal happen! I couldnt be any happier with Gus, Jennifer or Gary. There professionalism is unremarkable, and I have bought from tons of various dealers. I have used central mass for parts for over five years but this was my first big purchase and I couldnt be happier. Got an all around great deal. I didnt think they would be able to meet my needs, never mind exceed my tough to meet expectations!

Dishonest company with outrageous fees- package dealer fee and admin fee worth 700$ fee on a 2017 Yamaha bike. Went to cycle designs in Philipston MA and best decision ever- honest company, smooth transition and everything was easy to do with them. Saved 700$ and they have a small fee of 92$ beats the 700$ from central mass. Another great thing is that cycle designs do plates!!!!! Including title and registration!
