Unfortunately late last Friday night my serpentine belt broke, in this area. Now Saturday morning rolls around and I need a mechanic however, no one was open....except Eagleville motors. Who might I add took me in without an appointment and gave me an estimate before I even left after dropping the car off. They gave me a ride back to Eastern Conn. State, some 10 miles away. They called me and gave me advanced notice that the car wouldnt be ready that day. So they called me up Tuesday after the labor day weekend and late me know that my timing belt would also needed to be replaced if thats what id like and they did the serpentine belt, the A/C belt, The alternator belt, The timing belt, and the camshaft seal for a VERY good price no hassles. In and out, great company all the way around whether it be customer service or quality auto mechanics. If I lived closer I would make it my permanent garage and probably dealer too. If there was ever a bad thing said about this company I would like proof of it because they did a remarkable job on my service and I thank them again.

The staff there is very friendly, however after I made my purchase the vehicle began to have issues, I took it in and they did work on it, however another issue arose, then another. Be very, very, very, very careful! I asked for another issue to be looked at as it arose just days after the warranty expired, they promised to, "make it right" "dont worry about anything, we will take care of you" when I then got stranded in my vehicle several hours away found that a very expensive repair was needed and then when I brought it back to the attention of the dealer they couldnt and no longer wanted to "make it right" They also claimed that the highly credited company (I had do the repair when stranded) made up part of the repairs to make themselves feel better and insulted my intelligence in the process. Turns out my vehicle was not SAFE and the credited company that fixed it even stated as so on a document. PLEASE, please, PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BY INTO THEIR CHARM, TAKE A VEHICLE TO A GARAGE FIRST BEFORE BUYING! I dont want what happened to me to happen to you!

I had been in the market for a used Corvette for quite a while, but had not found the right one until I drove by Eagleville Motors and spotted a sweet looking black 1999 coupe. It turned out to be a very low mileage car and in pristine condition. I was very apprehensive, but Andrew spent all the time I needed to review whatever my concerns were. There was absolutely no pressure, only a lot of good information. He gave it all then stepped back and let me make the final decision (which took about a week). The purchase was virtually seamless from their lot to my garage. The negotiated price was very fair. Andrew, Elecia, and the entire staff made this my most comfortable and enjoyable car buying experience ever. Everyone is very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. The couple minor issues I found were handled without question or delay including one I didnt even notice. The only time I was kept waiting was while they finished detailing the car to make it perfect before I left to bring it home. I absolutely recommend any purchase from Eagleville Motors!!

I went into Eagleville Motors with the intention of purchasing a used Honda. Immediately the kind staff there was receptive to my needs and I was led to the office of Andrew for further discussions. Minutes later we had a test drive and Andrew answered ALL of my questions in a friendly and transparent manner. What I greatly appreciated is that Andrew has a genuine passion for cars and works on them in his spare time - this boosted my consumer confidence. He is not just a salesman but lives his passion which is cars. Overall the transaction went very smoothly and there was no pressure. Car buying 101.. Do NOT purchase a car before inquiring about what Eagleville Motors can do for you!!! I was certain (so I thought) I would not receive a loan due to marginal credit, especially a loan for a car Id be happy to own. The team at Eagleville motors not only had me approved in record time, they also got me into the exact car, color combo, year and mileage I wanted that honestly made for a dream come true! Cant thank Andrew, Elicia, Mike and the rest of the crew at Eagleville Motors enough! This was hands down the best car buying experience Ive ever had with exceptional service and knowledge in an extremely wide variety of vehicles. I know where Ill be buying my next vehicle. We were impressed with Eagleville. We purchased a 2006 Subaru Forester XT and they completed all of the necessary work on the vehicle before they even list it for sale. They present you will every detail as to what was replaced or repaired in the vehicle. They were knowledgeable and professional. Within the first couple of months the secondary air pump needed replacing and they took care of it at no cost. We appreciated all of their hard work and kindness. The service and knowledge at Eagleville was a stark contrast compared to the dealership we visited prior. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a used Subaru!

Since the XTs are kind of rare, unmolested especially in manual form, I travelled over 2 hours from NY to see this red XT.
