Its been 8 weeks since my husband and I ordered our furniture set from Levin on Curry Hollow. We were told that delivery would take 6-8 weeks. Now in the 8th week, I called customer service to ask about the status of our order, and have been told that it will be approximately 2 more weeks until our furniture is ready. Our experience with Levin Furniture has been unpleasant from start to finish. I only hope to be happy with the furniture when it does finally arrive.

Ray Hernandez was my sales associate on my most recent visit. Ive also had Ray assist me in the past. I must say that whether Im buying thousands of dollars of furniture or simply a small table for a few hundred dollars, Ray treats me like the most important person in the store. His mood always put those around him in a good mood. Hes an excellent representative for Levin and I hope hes recognized for his excellent attitude and salesmanship.

The customer service I experienced today was like none other Ive ever experienced!!!! The rep was on point, very knowledgeable, and very helpful to what I was looking for. The rep wasnt hanging over my shoulder telling me what to buy, instead guided me in the right direction!!!! I highly recommend Mary Salerno to new and the experienced shoppers to be your Sales Associate. Thank you Levins, and of course Mary Salerno!

I have read some negative reviews on this particular branch, but we have nothing but positivity for this store. Elliot, Mellisa and store manager Casey were very helpful and accommodating. The lift chair we purchased was a bit out of our price range, but by the time negotiations were completed, we were satisfied and happy. We sure would visit the Curry Hollow Road store again.

At first I thought it was the okd "bait and switch" tactic just to get me in. Vickey waited on me and assured ne that levins does not do that. She followed up and I came back and purchased the sectional that was advertised at $477.00. Im sitting on ur right now; couldnt be more happy and my wife loves it too. Thanks to Vickey!!!

We had the pleasure of working with a wonderful sales person named Mary to help us buy 2 loveseats for our camp. She worked with us with no pressure like you usually get from sales people. She truly made it a very pleasant experience. So much so, that we will definitely look for her the next time we shop for any furniture.

Went above and beyond to find the item i was interested in. Very very satisfied. When i picked up the chair and brought it home, was not the one i ordered. So actually am very dissatisfied. Emailed them and have not heard back. Would not recommend them or shop there again.

We met with Ray at Levins when looking for mattresses and we found him much more helpful and honest than going to mattress firm! Levins selection is much better and we ended up finding what we wanted right away. Definitely recommend.
