Michael chose not to measure our space when he came to our home. When we met Michael at the store the following week, we did not make any immediate decisions on the furniture he picked out. If we had purchased everything Michael recommended, the furniture would have never fit! We decided to purchase just two of the four leather chairs he recommended. We placed the order 2/22/16. By June, we still did not have the chairs. After not getting answers from Michael, I called the manufacturer and these chairs only take 30 days to ship. I was given the run around and lied to. When the chairs finally arrived, the packing slip showed that the store requested the ship date of 5/20/16. He intentionally delayed the shipment of these chairs and held our deposit for all those months. Its a shame that our experience was so negative because we have an entire first floor to furnish but I will never shop here again.

The furniture here is vastly superior to the product being sold at Levins. I analyze and research everything before making large purchases. For example, the trim on Levin furniture is usually a plastic molding with paint to make it look like wood. They also have very thin veneers on their tops vs a much better quality at Bradley Michaels which also offers some solid wood products. The only con is, I was not happy with the service and the product had some issues that I received. I ordered a Kincaid table/chairs and china cabinet. Solid wood top, very nice. I was told it was American Cherry - it is not. I was told it is made in the United States - its stamped that it is made Vietnam. I still havent gotten service. I gave up. Again though, the product is better and cheaper than other furniture stores.

Bradley Michaels Furniture was so helpful while I was building my new home. Michael helped me pick out many new pieces for our home, but he offered so much more than just buying furniture. While building, Michael met with me at the lighting gallery to pick all of the lighting for the house. Their design consultation didnt stop there. They were always just a phone call away to answer any question I had throughout the whole process, such as paint colors, carpet selections, etc. Once the house was finished and furniture was delivered, Brad then stepped in to help out with decorating the house. Again, I couldnt be more happier with the level of service they provided and still continue to provide.

After a long day of unsuccessful day of living room furniture shopping (went to 4+ stores that day), this was the first place where I was able to find real help. The staff was nice and friendly and helped me pick out GREAT LOOKING & HIGH QUALITY furniture, WITHOUT BREAKING MY BUDGET. Salesmen were nice enough to look at our living room pictures and help us pick out what would go well with our current taste of decoration. My wife was happy with the end results and I was happy I didnt break my budget.

Absolutely wonderful full service! furniture is not as expensive as you would think. Considering some of the other stores charging top prices for inferior furniture.
