I had called to check if they had something in stock. After waiting for 30 minutes on the phone, they said they had 2 left and they would hold them for me. I arrived an hour later to pick up the items only to find they had not held the items for me. It was hell trying to get some help to find the items. The assistant manager was really bad. Avoid this store if at possible. Many better alternatives around.

I have no choice but to frequent this location. On an average 2-3 times a month. The staff here move as slow as molasses. Its really, really, really frustrating. Ive placed my order on line for in store pickup to avoid this sort of experience (several times) yet still its a ridiculous slow process. Orders not fulfilled, staff sluggish and blah. Terrible! Store is pretty organized.

Called the store to see if they had a few items in stock. Waited 10 minutes just to be transfered by the cashier to a manager and than had the most frustrating time asking this impatient woman if they had a card reader and fire wire cable in stock. Rude, Impatient, and no store knowledge of whats in stock. If I ran the store I wouldve sent that employee home.

I live down the street from here and I have been at the store many times. Lately the new people that work at this place are incompetent. They dont know how to be cordial nor how to be sales people. Something that should have taken 5 minutes took 20 minutes. I will take the business some place else.

NOT NICE place to buy your office supply, the people that working there are not provisional they dont know nothing about their products. We tried to buy some checks vouchers but all of the employee (3 different people) in the store couldnt help us. also gave bad attitude on me.

The service is bad, employees dont know product enough to help customers and there is a manager name Danny, the worst. Bad attitude towards customers who only wanted info on a product, not manager material... overall the worst experience I ever had with any store

I am extremely grateful for this location. Its convenient for South Beach Residents, has free parking, there are no long lines at the counter, they have extended store hours and the copy services are fantastic and so is the management.

Great experience. Paolo helped me print a file from my email that needed a special paper size. I couldnt print it at home. Cost less than a dollar. It also helps that there is parking here. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

People were nice. Its it the biggest Office Depot, I dont remember seeing a furnature section, but it has everything else. They have a small parking lot by the front door thats free if you are shopping there.
