Aug 16 and 17th, i went and had a bad experience with the priting. On the 16th, she had photoshop up, and didnt know how to press print by itself. On the 17th, the same girl denied the customer in front of me and kept suggesting he would be helped by the other associate...when the other associate was halfway through helping a customer. So while she denied the guy, she asked to help me and didnt help. She kept typing things in the computer. I left.I am going to have to find somewhere else for prints until she learns how to press the print button.

I went to buy over $500 on office supplies. I asked one of the the attendants where to find white board markets and she directed me towards the back where there were only permanent markets. There were 4 attendants together at the front having a conversation and one of them could of have walked me to get the item as I requested but their conversation was more important. I left all the office items on the floor and walked out disappointed. Wheres the customer service that this store use to have.

Definitely dont come here for any type of printing service... almost always one or multiple machines are broken. However, I do appreciate that they have a larger selection of office supplies than any other Office Depot within 20 miles. But please dont expect any good customer service... its up to you to find what youre looking for because the last 5+ times someone has tried to help me, they knew less than I did. Three stars is a stretch but its the closest option I have for office supplies.

Bad customer service!!! We were looking for a computer desk, we asked an associate it if someone come to help us because we wanted to buy one, she called someone but we waited for more than 20 min and nobody show up.... there was two associates on the front of the store and still nobody comes to help or ask if everything was ok... they saw that we get out of the store, and they just dont care, how they pretend to make sales with that customer services!

Went to get (better) business cards made as the first set I purchased from here were pretty poor quality. The lady behind the printing counter, Iggy I think, in addition to being argumentative and unhelpful told me that I couldnt do what I did the time before. In addition to that she said that mocking up the business card online was a waste of time because I would have to do it all over in the store anyway. Will use Vista Print from here on

Printing service is awful. Requested a book be cut striaght for spiral binding instead they cut into the text and was angled. My book is now ruined. They ignored my concerns and said that the cut was striaght. After I showed them the cut again. They agreed but walked away from my concerns. Will never go to them ever again!

I had some documents printed here. I uploaded them online and they were printed within 30 minutes. One set was. Pronted wrong and they did it again for me. The guy behind the counter was pretty droopy though

I received bad customer service at this store. The Customer service attendant continued to tell me to hold on and never returned to the line, even when I asked to speak to the manager of the store.

WORST OFFICE SERVICE EVER. LOST MY BUSINESS CARDS NOT ONCE BUT TWICE IN A ROW. NEVER AGAIN GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY DISCOUNT FOR THE 2 WEEK INCONVENIENCE! VERY UPSET!
