This place is horrible I only keep coming here cause its the only radio shack near my house but not only are the employees rude and have no interest in helping you but when you ask for some help they point at a certain area and basically tell you to look for the item yourself this place is going to go out of business at the rate things are going in this specific store. Also every time i go looking for something Ex: cell phone batteries, HDMI/VGA cables and others they dont have anything in stock apparently so i wonder ... WHAT DO THEY HAVE IN STOCK?

On Sunday June 7,2015 the customer service from this employee named john was terrible no intention to take care of me, unwilling to help out the new employee Carlos , which was his first day and of course he was a little confused, there was another employee that came out of the back wearing flip flops. I literraly returned the phone I had just bought, they didnt care, they took so long to activate the phone......please managers u need to get rid of this unwanted employees......

The customer service is the worse yet! And last time I went in the employees were arguing in front of customers and just ignoring us. Dont go to this one!

The worst electronic store, stay away! Overpriced, rude staff, zero knowledge. HDMI cables at $40 when you can get them for $1 online. Dont go there.
