We purchased a dryer three years ago at the other location. I noticed the store while I was at the bank and decided to check it out. Our washer and dryer really get a work out at our house and the dryer is still working like a champ. Two weeks ago the washer goes on the blink and was not a good time to happen. I had such a good experience the first time, I went back to Synergy and purchased a washer. I enjoyed the two gentlemen I met and was impressed with their product knowledge. What we want as consumers is simple, we want a good product (it works), a good price (it was), and be able to resume life as usual as soon as possible (we did). Thank you guys for giving us another option (instead of Lowes or Home Depot) to take care some of the unexpected problems that life can throw at you. P.S. thank you to the person behind the scene making sure these items are working perfect before putting them out on the floor...keep up the good work! Ill be seeing yall soon....may need a fridge before too long.

I recently purchased a dryer from Synergy appliance. I have dealt with them on a business level but recently my 12 year old dryer just quit on me after no maintenance on it and what a difference it has made to have a new dryer in my home. The dryer they sold me was a lifesaver because of how affordable it was! Its not easy to just go out and make a big purchase on a brand new dryer especially when one does not plan on it. The staff is so understanding too, I called and made an appointment and completely forgot about so they just rescheduled for me without an attitude. :)

I recently bought a Whirlpool dishwasher from Synergy and I love it! It cleans better than any dishwasher Ive ever owned. I just moved, and after only three weeks the existing GE dishwasher flooded my kitchen. I called the guys at Synergy, and described what I wanted. They had this Whirlpool installed and ready to go the next day! The price was affordable and the service was excellent. The installer even replaced the worn hose hook-up with a new hose. I am very impressed with Synergy and will definitely look there first for my next appliance purchase!

EDIT*** It turned out that the fridge we originally purchased didnt fit!! But these guys were fantastic about helping us fix our screw up!! They took back the one that didnt fit and found us one that did for no extra cost to us. They even delivered the second one! We love the new fridge and we are so thankful that they went above and beyond to help us after we messed up!! We just bought a fridge from Synergy for our new house and they were fantastic! The service and price was excellent and we already love our new fridge! Thank you!!

I took my washer to synergy appliance thinking that i would need to buy another...and was prepared to do so since i have girls and alot of laundry to do...the washer was only 7 yrs old but well used.....i left it with them to see if it could be fixed....they called me back promptly and said. Its fixed for 150.00 smackers....WOO-HOO!!!! I highly recommend this place....they do what they say...and with a smile....i will be doing more buisness with these guys...THANKYOU SYNERGY APPLIANCE and all who work.there......

I bought a Samsung bottom freezer fridge from this place. After three weeks it stopped keeping the refrigerator side cold, found that the defrost thermostat was shot. Called to get it fixed and was told by the owner they dont work on Samsung units because they are too hard to repair. So basically they sold me a "reconditioned" Samsung that they didnt work on. These guys knowingly sell product that is not in working condition.

I purchased a washer and dryer combo from Trish and the guys last year. My dryer started acting up and they actually picked it up and gave me a loner, free of charge, so that they could make sure that the dryer I purchased was working at 100%!!! I work in retail and can tell you that not many companies would ever consider this an option. Thanks Again Synergy Appliance!!!!

And after going to several other stores and and comparing prices they by far I had the best price not only in North Richland hills but the entire DFW metroplex. I needed help finding a part for my refrigerator so it would make ice and dispense water. Synergy was able to locate the manufacturers recommended part I needed. I got the part that the manufacturer requested but they did not include the new adapter. Synergy found the adapter and brought it by the house the next day - it works great. Good service.

Purchased an appliance from them a couple of weeks ago. It was *far* cheaper than I expected, delivery was fast and their delivery guy had TONS of tips for us on how to extend the life of our new washer - things we werent doing (i.e. dont over load with jeans). I would buy from them again.
