My wife and I have purchased multiple appliances from this store. We bought a fridge about 14 months ago; top of the line Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Since month 1 of owning this fridge weve had the repair service out to our house 6 times. The experience weve had with SEARS was the worst. Hours on the phone, missed service appointments, lieing emails, lieing calls, people you cant understand from some third world country and even more time spent on the phone, for a service appointment that never came. Days of work have been missed because of Sears. The fridge is the only appliance we didnt purchase from this store. We purchased the fridge from the Outlet Sears store in Grapevine. Our mistake was not going to this store and asking for help in the first place. The store owner told us to give him all the information we had and to not contact anyone in Sears anymore. At first it seemed rude. After a few minutes of talking to him we realized that he was taking over the problem for us. Not only was it not his store that sold the fridge to us, but we didnt have the extended warranty. We learned that the Sears Appliance showrooms and the Sears Appliance Outlets arent even Sears stores. Theyre all privately owned. We purchased a washer and dryer a few weeks ago from this store. Wish we had come here in the first place when we didnt get any help. BUYER BEWARE: dont contact Sears when you have a problem. They wont help you. Weve spent months trying and failing to get help. Go to the store first. The owner will fix it. Weve never been so upset and happy at the same time. The owner was able to get us service the very next day for our fridge. theyll fight for you as the customer. We were asked to fill out a survey for the store when we bought the washer and dryer. We did. The service weve received at this store is much more then we expected. Weve had our fridge taken care of by an actual Sears technician manager. Works perfectly. Weve been contacted about several other issues weve had as well. The point is that you should visit this store and purchase your items here. Theyll work for you to make your purchase a great experience. Because its privately owned, Im willing to bet youll get better service here then the Sears owned stores. We ordered and paid for 4 kitchen appliances last week and it has not been a good customer experience since we handed them our money. Chris was great and patient in answering all of our questions on the multiple visits we made to the store before making our final decision on where we would buy our "new kitchen". Since then it has been delays in finding an installer and our delivery date being pushed out further than we thought when we bought our new items. Chris worked hard to get us a new installer for tomorrow, YAY! Now we get a phone call from the warehouse that our items will not even be there until August the 8th??? This experience has been a disappointment and I am ready to cancel our whole order and start over with another store.

We purchased a built-in double oven from Sears the weekend before Thanksgiving (ours went kaput) based on their promise of delivery Monday. They did deliver, but the oven was defective - they find out after 2.5 hours of installing. Installers were unprofessional and incompetent, oven was bad, but the worst part was the nightmare of trying to get service from Sears. After countless hours on hold, lies and broken promises of next day delivery, we finally find out Sears canceled the order (after they PROMISED delivery of a new oven Tuesday). As of this writing, Sears has yet to refund our money even though THEY mistakenly canceled the order after guaranteeing delivery for the next day.

I went in today to buy a Washer/Dryer and was helped by Brad. He has been beyond excellent! The dryer I wanted wouldnt have been able to be delivered until August 16th, so Brad went ahead and subbed in the next step up for the same price. Everything will be delivered exactly when I was hoping it would be delivered. Brad was very helpful and friendly and Ill look forward to going back for future appliances!!! I have been to other appliance stores in the past and cannot believe the difference between those and this Sears. After this experience, I wont be going anywhere else!

Loved the customer service we received at this store during a very busy holiday season. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and honest with product reviews and information. The only thing I did not love was the pushiness on the 5 year service plan. Multiple sales people were pushing this, while the salesperson did a perfect job explaining it on her own. I didnt need to hear the additional information from other sales people when I declined the additional $750 service plan. However, I would definitely recommend this store.

Absolutely the best. The most efficient and knowledgable appliance experience ive ever had. I called before i visited and the salesman was ready for me He knew everything about, including operating of all the sets I was interested in. He was able to set up delivery, installation and removal of my old sets the very next day. I will be back. Ask for Ben!!

We have gone to this store on two different occasions and have purchased appliances each time. We worked with Ben Churchill, and could not have been happier. He took the time to talk to us, go through what was best for us, and didnt try to push us into anything we didnt want. We had a great experience, and would definitely recommend this store to others.
