Do NOT try to order items online from Costco! You will be signing up for a journey down a rabbit hole with delivery mishaps, missed appointments, and partial installations. The online system makes everything seems too easy and doable. We ordered this package in July. Once we received the notification that the appliances were delivered locally, we were given a # to call for delivery and installation. After weeks of not hearing back from them, we drove the Livermore location trying to obtain more information. At which point, we were given another # to call and resolve ‘our issue.’ That call did result in us getting an actual appointment which the delivery company called and rescheduled. At one point, even though no delivery was made, an installation person showed up to install the appliances that we never received. Finally, the appliances showed up but the delivery person only installed two and left the other two sitting in big boxes in the middle of the room. Called back twice to inquire who is going to install them but no response. Called back Costco again for clarification but no response. Meanwhile, the payment was deducted back in July. Unless, you have time to play their games, just stay away! This process is not worth a few hundred dollars you will save shopping from Coscto.

Never met such rude costco employees in my life. Like others have said in the reviews your better off going to the tracey or danville costco for multiple reasons. I prefer to make it an event and drive to the concord costco. They always have what i need. Never run out of sour cream or other necessities and they have the best wine stewart out of any costco i have been to. Concords wine stewarts name is Randy and he gets awesome wine brought into the Concord store. You would think Concord is the corporate store because they truly set the high standards you expect and the employees treat you with respect. I rate san leandro costo, san francisco costco, richmond costco, fremontcostco, and danville costco way above livermores as well. The only two costcos i have been to and been so disappointed in are livermore costco and redwood city costco ( the other rude costco which never has the right prices on items) and you can never get assistance without attitude from the employees.

I shop here every week, but only cause the location is so close and convenient. Complaints: 1. This Costcos stock is never consistent. Even everyday items like sour cream, or yogurt go suddenly missing for months on end. I have to go to the Tracy location every once in a while when this location stops carrying some items. 2. This Costco is the master of moving around merchandise. A few weeks ago after failing to find granola bars, even a Costco employee couldnt find them despite having over 1,000 boxes in inventory. Prepare yourself for a constant scavenger hunt. 3. This location is ALWAYS BUSY. Like, ridiculously busy. Like, driving around looking for ANY parking spot for 30 minutes on a Saturday busy. If Im not in the mood to fight the crowd, Ill go to the Tracy location which is always much more mild. Otherwise, its a Costco, as youd expect.

We really like Costco. And, we have figured out how to buy and use products in volume. Of course, there are certain things that we must go to a local grocery store, or other type of store, to buy in smaller quantities, since we just cant use so much of that product before it goes bad. We are fortunate here in Livermore because this local Costco is a Corporate Store. This means they use this store to test items before they are distributed to other Costcos. In the past, we have really found some good deals on items they decided not to carry and then significantly reduced the prices to clear them from the store. We also enjoy getting a bite to eat at their "Food Court". Good prices for the quantity and quality. Costco is well worth the yearly membership fee.

This location is conveniently located off I-580 in Livermore. The parking lot gets really congested since its small. They do have a gas station that stays busy, but it makes it easier being a one stop shop. I love all of the free samples you get on the weekends, and its helped me find different dinner ideas. They offer everything from bulk food, optometrist services, travel services, auto services, and much more. We usually go here at least once a month to stock up on things. Diapers and wipes are reasonably priced as well as toilet paper, paper towels and other stuff you use daily.

I give it four starts because in comparison to other Costcos, you could do a lot worse. Like San Leandro for example, yuck. Livermore Costco is always pretty clean, never have a problem finding a basket or a cart or whatever your means of overstock conveyance you choose. The big problem here is parking, and its a biiiiiiiiiiiiig problem. Half the time you have to circle around the parking lot almost as long as you have to spend in the store. Cant beat them deals on 400 packs of socks though, right?

Like most bay area Costcos, Livermore is packed--really hard to find parking. The tire center could do a better job of letting people schedule appointments, because the wait times for tire installs and after-purchase adjustments is atrocious. Staff is helpful and courteous, even during peak times. The staff do their best to keep up with people leaving random products laying around all over the store where stuff doesnt belong; this is a customer problem, so I cant fault the store here.

Reasonably clean, and stocks most things. I primarily go for fish and fruit which is feel is less expensive here, and other things like Noosa yogurt and thier cheese and wines selection. The wines are mostly imported and usually expensive, your local Safeway probably has cheaper swill, but they do have better stuff. They also have a really good selection of whiskey. Sundays and Saturdays are super crowded and I would stay away if possible. Weekdays are really good to visit.

Parking can sometimes be a bit of a pain during peak hours but the store is usually nicely organized and items are rarely out of stock. I did run into a mis-marked (and therefore mis-charged) lemon tree the other day. I simply returned to the store with the tree label and explained the erroneous tag (didnt bring the tree back) and they refunded me a credit. Ive always loved Costco customer service

The receipt checks were taking too long. They had 2 lines with 2 receipt checkers but one of the checkers, right lane, was checking for every single item and the cart was FULL. When I got to the left lane I was about the 6th one in line. The right lane had 6 customer as well....my receipt was checked and leaving while the same customer was still getting there cart/receipt checked...smdh

Who doesnt love Costco? This one is larger than many, so that much more to love. Lots of organics, lots of toys for young and old, lots of lots. The gas lines are usually pretty short, and parking is easier than at many Costcos. One thing of note that really distinguishes this store: It has a particularly well-curated wine selection, the best of any Costco Ive ever visited.

Went there this morning 2/3/16 to EXCHANGE the turbotax disc, cause theres a scratch on it, the lady at the door gave me the red sticker and said "it opened". Im about to explain, but she pushed me to the return line and said "I dont care, I dont care" What a rude! She ruined my day. I bough the new one instead, and really want to tell her "Dont treat customer like that, pls"
